  • from what i see, deimos feels like cav on attack. both of them got okay primary and rely on their secondary also their abilities is hunt and revealing enemy position. Deimos looks fun and kinda op?

  • Idk how I feel about Deimos’ gadget. On one hand, it promotes good teamwork on both sides. On the other hand, it equally promotes selfish gameplay

    • It is a selfish class/operator. Think about it:You tag someone and you tag yourself,so it is a coin flip that determines who lives and dies. But Deimos enforces the tagged members to be around their teammates,so it does enforce teamwork to a point.

  • Honestly i think removing the one shot from shield melee is the best thing and way to have balanced blitz rush meta. One of the best things they've added. I do think the only way it would have been reasonable is to either make him not be able to melee after a flash. To make him choose, eigher he runs in to melee with the enemy having a chance to respond or he flashes but he has to expose himself to danger to actually secure the kill. Currently it still seems unfairly strong due to the fact you can chain melee. But at least it gives a chance for teammates to shoot blitz while he is focusing you.

  • With proper communication, Deimos actually feels sort of balanced mainly because of the two way ping. Although I will say, this gadget seems weirdly out of place, like it just somehow doesn't feel like all the other op gadgets. All the other gadgets seem kinda normal to have in like a high stakes terrorist situation but this one is just not that. I definitely fits the character but it just feels off compared to the other gadgets.

    • they need to do both, a little tweak on the pistol and a huge change to that skill, you can only track one, but that one is gonna be dead men for sure, too op, they should make it so if they are in the view field of a drone then they are spotted, being pinged for that long duration without a cost is too much

  • So my theory on the lore is that Deimos is Cole D. Walker’s predecessor, in the CGI animatics and the drawn trailer he uses a revolver that resembles Cole D. Walker’s revolver very closely, and also in gear and clothing Deimos resembles the PMC “Wolves” from Ghost Recon Breakpoint. In timelines it makes sense too, Siege is current day, and Breakpoint is 2025. I’m just happy the game is still alive
