Rainbow Six Siege dropped the observation blocker (or the firewall as we call it) with the new Operation Dread Factor, and it is a super powerful gadget that nobody has figured out how to use effectively, until today, because in todays video I will show you some, tips & tricks for how to abuse the new OP Secondary gadget which a lot of operators either have or benefit heavily when used by their team
To start off the video, let me show you the best firewall combo you can do, which is with Mute! But it also works wonders with the new operator Fenrir and Frost, this is why the frost rework is a thing btw...

  • Tbh, in a team environment, the observation blocked is really strong. It might get nerfed to be only 2 per operator because generally in solo q it's worthless.

  • The cutting the wire joke made me think, a game mode based on "keep talking and nobody explodes" could be a lot of fun. Not sure it would work with the defenders/attackers concept. Defusers start at the bombsite and have to find documents or interrogate downed enemies to get info on how to defuse, which they pass to whoever stays with the bomb. The other team wants to either kill the defusers or delay them long enough for the bomb to explode. Seems like there'd be a lot of details to iron out.

  • I do think its funny that people were always talking about how the game is defender sided on a lot of maps so in this new season with a new defender as the op they also added a gadget to stop attackers from droning (RIP to the small amount of people that actually do that in anything but ranked), gave that gadget to a pretty decent amount of defenders, and then decided that each person should get 3

    • They don't a lot of people play it like it's not teamwork based. Which is partially why the devs can't really fix it not counting basic bugs and cheating fixes
