I recently had the opportunity to review and test out the new HP Omen Photon wireless gaming mouse!
In this video I unbox and take a first look at the device and provide some of my thoughts after testing it for a bit.
One thing to note - the Omen software doesn't work on a Mac! So I really could only test this as a regular mouse. It still works pretty well in that regard!

No, the palm rest is not adjustable like that one.
Hey brother.. maybe you can help .. i just got one of these mouse .. my wheel color cycles through the colors , but the logo color sort of stays around the yellow to orange not blues or greens or reds .. is that normal ??
It should be full RGB. Did you install the Omen Desktop config software? There is a bit of customization that can be done for the wheel and logo area, if I recall they can be configured separately.

I have a problem when I shaking the mouse it coming rattle voice from right click. The bottom of the right clik seems to be empty but the left click is not like that I'm wondering if anyone has this problem
I'll have to check with my son. He's actually the one that has been using this mouse.

Now is it me or is there no compartment for the usb?? Or am I over looking it?
I have to double check. My son has it now. I actually don't recall that it did have a place to store it. Usually those are in the battery compartment - and this doesn't have replaceable batteries - and it comes with that dongle/extension cable.

there is no way to open the mouse up. my scrolling wheel is laggy and there is no way to fix it. very dissapointed. after 6 months ...
Air duster in a can? Maybe that will blow out whatever is in there? However I'm looking now on a Razer mouse - same issue - doesn't look like a way to disassemble easily.
