The Axiom Mission 2 (Ax-2) astronauts are part of the latest class of space pioneers and Axiom Space's next crew to expand access to the International Space Station (ISS) and low-Earth orbit. Aboard the orbiting laboratory, the four-person, multinational crew will conduct extensive research, investigate novel technologies, and engage with audiences around the world as champions of science, technology, engineering, the arts, and mathematics. Their efforts will continue to lay the groundwork and establish the key capabilities needed to build out and operate Axiom Station, the world's first commercial space station.

Axiom Space is guided by the vision of a thriving home in space that benefits every human, everywhere. The leader in providing space infrastructure as a service, Axiom offers end-to-end missions to the International Space Station today while privately developing its successor - a permanent commercial destination in Earth’s orbit that will sustain human growth off the planet and bring untold benefits back home. • This was an awesome event to watch. Congrats to Axiom and the AX2 team, SpaceX, and NASA. Excited to see the Arab partnership growing! Can't wait for tomorrow's docking. Also, Duke Brady was a wonderful host and Sonya McKay's interviewing skills were excellent!

  • Much slower acceleration than I usually see with an un crewed launch. Keeping the G’s low?

  • One must wonder where are they going? There is no space... why 99% of our communication goes by underwater cables? What would be the purpose of those 45.000 objects said to be in "orbit"? When we want to see stars, we go up in the mountains (less atmosphere effect), so why can't we see stars when astronauts walk in space? Why can we record a 24 h sun in the sky in the arctic, but there is no video of a 24 h visible sun in the Antarctic summer? Why can't humans cross the 66 degrees parallel north or south, without being boarded by a military armada? What if the sun doesn't set (it appears to go down based on our poor vision perspective of the horizon), but instead it simply goes away, fading in the distance (the same way a light bulb doesn't illuminate an entire wall when close to it)? Why gravity is still an unproven theory (It's not a law!)? Water is always in level, so how could it bend? If the globe is spinning at 1,700 km/h, why does volcanic smoke stays undisturbed (straight up) sometimes? If the solar system is speeding at thousands km/h in the milky-way, why do we have stars in the same position for centuries (even in relation to each other!)? How could the sky optical phenomena sun-dogs be explained (try with an upside bowl)? I hope these questions may feed your curiosity

    • answers do not matter if you do not accept them, your own truth is all you want to know. I hope you can learn how to figure this stuff out, it is not difficult.

    • Half truths my brotha...low Earth orbital rocket technology is very much real...the Moon landing, that's another story, but tornados, cyclones, hurricanes do indeed prove gases collapse in on themselves like accretion disks or interstellar gas clouds, also, outside of the Earth physics aren't Earthen in nature ...so what dictates the creation of a star or perhaps a planet isn't necessarily repeatable on Earth...we don't conceptualize outside of an Earthen comprehension..."DOWN" doesn't exist outside of Earth or planetary mass...also...you're probably not going to see stars unless your in the Earth's shadow while in orbit the sunlight will drown out the view...gravity is just a word to describe the effect of heavy shit in space, the natural shape water takes in a zero G environment is globular ...any viscus fluid would act accordingly...sea cables are 99% more efficient bro...satellites are expensive as hell to use and not efficient to repair but the technology is growing still just like solar panels and the electric car industry...the price point has to beat the sea cable industry...again, propaganda is real...and I don't believe the Moon landings weren't replicated for some reason...maybe they did in fact ruin the footage or lost the actual footage, but I can say the observational science makes sense...just keeping it real bro

    • ssshhhtt. that's why they cut "cameras" after launch. you go from "launch" to airborne to BAM vast space. you never see them actually leaving, it's always a cut. it's all fake. look at those four diversity hire astronauts. laughing my human ass off. remember when people believed they left the moon in a aluminum jungle gym. remember those uncountable times ISS' green screen glitches, showing cables and such. the toothbrush in space station video is fake and done on green screen and so on and so forth
