  • I've always loved Reggie's energy regarding other players whether it be on or off the court. When he commentates, he just sounds like another fan of the game when he watches current NBA players do things that are awe inspiring, he sounds like he wasn't one of the greatest shooters/ players and never seen stuff like this before when he has and also been a part of it too. Just a very positive guy imo.

  • I remember back in HS admiring so many players. It's amazing to hear Curry say that Reggie was his favorite player growing up. When I was admiring Jordan so much, waking up at 4 am to make it to the Air Jordan release day on time, many of my classmates hated Jordan so much, saying that Dominique was better, Drexler was better, Malone was better. So, now, realizing that Jordan was not universally liked like he seems today and that there were other amazing players, makes it more special coming from Curry. At the same time I was hanging posters of MJ in my room, I remember watching every game of Penny Hardaway, Grant Hill, Chris Webber, Shawn Kemp, and Shaq in Orlando days. Basketball still has my whole heart. Respect for Steph Curry, he is inspirational for the new generation.
