@@Dream_more_age_less Flying foxes don’t eat insects. They are fruit bats, so they eat tree fruits, certain flower blossom nectars, and a few types of leaves for the minerals they need.

Similar to how human babies, sometimes while sleeping on their back, will curl their hands into fists and put their hands up near their head, outstretched. It’s adorable.

I spent a lot of time visiting Caribbean islands. I noticed while in Barbados, there were no mosquitoes. It was because the hotel had bat houses. Very cool.

Great to see bats cared for and learn about how much love they need. I'm in Austin, Texas, we have bats under protection and conservation. Bats live under some of our city bridges and go out to eat bugs when the sun sets. People often watch them. They are very important here to our survival since we are a warm weather area year round. Our bats keep the bugs under control. I know there is more but I can't remember it all right now. Our bats are tiny and not as cute as fruit bats. But just as important.
