I know people like to dunk on Avocados a lot (mostly Europeans) but this Mexican fruit is so versatile for so many dishes, for smoothies and drinks, that you can’t do with most fruits. It is definitely not overrated.

Sprinkle dried crushed peppers, thick salsa rather than tomatos and drizzle with honey. Savory and sweet and add a little white NY Sharp cheese grated on top and your killen it!!!!
