when i try to get the software it wants me to go to microsoft and open it there, but when i press open it doesn't do anything
Hey - We just tried again on a machine and it redirects to open the Microsoft Store. And it works too. If you are unable to do so - there could be an issue with launching of Microsoft Store on the machine you are trying. You might also want to try launching Microsoft Store directly on your Windows 10/11 machine, and search for "OMEN Gaming Hub" app, to download & install the same. HTH.

Hi Aditya, OMEN Vector is better compared to Essential. Vector is Advanced and Essential is a Basic model.

@@adityakamalia I'm probably too late, but the one shown in this video has has RGB on the scroll wheel, braided cable and weights. While the essential doesn't have RGB on scroll wheel, fixed weight, basic cable and only goes up to 7200dpi (somewhere around this #) instead of 16k. Same buttons, software features and design otherwise

Yes you can, but a lighter mouse with gaming grade sensor is suggested for fast flicks. Even better if its wireless, like the newly launched Cooler Master MM311 or MM712.
Little bit heavy but best in this budget. Check croma for latest price I got it for rs 999.

The mouse will work, however the software suit is windows only.
They are scammers. I ordered a 8 gb ram and they delivered a 4 gb ram with 8 gb sticker on it. Edit: Finally received the replacement after a month.
