Since they know from the outset that he’s an amazing one-punch machine who doesn’t take orders, and since no one else in the crowd seems to know any of this (judging by the boos), why don’t they just use that knowledge to bet on him taking the other guy down in the first round? Whole premise makes no sense.

Before the first fight they don't care who he is ("I don't care if he's Muhammad I'm hard Bruce Lee" - Brick Top just wants his fighter to win). But after the first ko it is wiser to bet against him to gain more since everyone now knows his ability.

@PrizrenaliZH2 жыл бұрын
The replies above are missing my point. My comment relates to the first public fight in the ring. The protagonists (and, by extension, Brick Top) know that he's an amazing fighter before the first public fight, because they've seen him obliterate their friend in a barn. However, no one in the crowd knows this and they boo him mercilessly. Therefore, there should be fantastic betting odds for him to win by knockout in the first minute, yielding a huge windfall. Approaching it as they do (i.e. treating him like any other random boxer that they know nothing about) makes no sense whatsoever. I agree that by the last public fight at the end of the movie, it makes more sense to bet against him on the basis that (a) he'll follow your orders since you murdered his mum [although one could argue he might not take that lying down based on literally everything else he has done throughout the film], and more saliently (b) his fighting prowess is well known to all so you get better odds on him to lose.

@SonsOfDeForest2 жыл бұрын
@@yuribadiin8439 ehhh the standard deviation for most people is around 200kcals, the max difference is actually probably around 5-600kcal between people on the low and high end of the average, but that is still pretty negligible all things considered. A whole chocolate rather than a half lol. And as you gain weight, your body does burn more calories to function, but again this is probably only adding 1-200 kcals in total. Obviously amount eaten is the key difference here, which I think is largely controlled by appetite level and consistency. That can be affected by a huge number of things, like irritable bowel syndrome or other digestive disorders that may cause people to poop a lot, and in turn have reduced appetites. That is where I think the real “fast metabolism” myth kinda comes from. People who have gastrointestinal distress often that in turn affects their appetite negatively.

The spirit of Baldur this one
The definition of one punch man 💀
I noticed that's where the anime screenwriters and creators who who had inspiration from this movie
could watch this film every day, class
These scenes were how I warmed up before going to club meetings.
Bro... you're breaking rule #1.
A couple of my mates said on a club night they'd pump up at the gym before going down town late at night looking for fights. Idiot's.
@@Terrestrial..1 idiots? They are men compared to you and your scary ass
Eh licc duh dags in tha mooie.
@@yoloswag_8172 No, they are not. They are just failures who have not or will not achieve anything in life.
I love the fact hes just putting on a show..even to turkish..all hes thinking everytime hes picking himself off the canvas and brushing off the pain is " keep watching me, im burning down your house while your distracted"
The song that begins at around 4.54 is so awesome! : D
Fuckin' in the Bushes is a cracking tune. Oasis did it and it opened many a show. A real rush when it kicked in.
"Now, we are fucked.' has me in stiches!
Amazing job on these movies
Uno tra i più bei film che ho mai visto!! Geniale!
Say what you want about Brad Pitt, but the man CAN really act! Sure his looks help him, but you can't tell me he doesn't have talent!!!
Brad is an icon!
One of only 2 Pitt movies I own. Snatch, and Fight Club. Love the characters he portrays. Amazing performances.
My favorite movie of all time.
Snatch was amazing.
One of my top-5 movies ever
awesome movie!
Every time he talks I can’t control myself and I laugh 😂 😂 😂
Coach said "Just stay down, don't knock him out".
yeah the crime boss running it had set up the bets with the visiting other crime bosses that pitt will lose in the forth. After getting a round one ko in his last fight a lot of people would expect pitt to win and the odds would be in his favour, so they would make a nice bundle when he lost. Except pitt bet on himself to win in the forth
This movie is really great!!
Gym trainer: So what is your fitness goal
I can train you like that !!
Nice collection :--))
Harder than a coffin nail!!
My all time favorite movie!
One of my favorites..
one of the best films ever made 💯💪
Tyrone be like of course I am 😂😂😂
Tyson Fury approve this!
Awesome Movie!!
Better than the whole Gentlemen movie
Still love this film
mickey was by far the best perfomance from Brad Pitt as an actor. Deserves a Oscar for his incredible perfomance on Snatch!!! ❤
Top 10 favorite gangsta movie to me. So underrated.
@Noraa666 apparently its also his metabolism. ive read his training routine and its really not very difficult. some people are just genetically lucky to have high metabolisms. for example in this movie he barely had to do anything but had to work out hard in fight club and in troy to get more mass (which was difficult for him, hes naturally quite thin)
Fairytales of high metabolism. The max difference in a human body is ~200 kcal. Which is half of a chocolate. He just eats less. All. Fucking. Story. Stop explaining why somebody is lean, by addressing to metabolism. He just eats less than a fat buttercup.
@@yuribadiin8439 bollocks....some people simply burn faster than others...compared to my former classmate, I eat like 75% of him and I train way more than he does - he barely gains any weight while I struggle and gain easily.....or during training camps when we had the same diet and the same routine, my roommate was losing weight while I was gaining...
@@yuribadiin8439 The hell are you on? So damn wrong its insane... Go and fucking read a book...
@@patrickkubinec7026 some people burn more calories because they move more (fidgeting etc.) than others. people are also notoriously inaccurate in judging their caloric intake. average body weight has much more to do with ghrelin/leptin than it does with metabolic rate.
People who have gastrointestinal distress often that in turn affects their appetite negatively.
i love this film
SO GOOD 👍
love it
one of the most favourite scene
Which one?...There were three of them in the video
Saitama looks different in this live action.
Fantastic movie
Excellent movie.
Brad pitts best role great film, twist at the end is class ❤
Good movie, Another good one although a completely different pace and much more subtle is Jesse James.
awesome movie
The Bare Knuckle scene kinda reminds me of Quarashi's "Stick 'Em Up" music video. Both came out at roughly the same time too.
I feel sorry for all the ppl who doesn't know about this movie....
BRILLIANT movie.
I'll make sure nobody knows the fight is rigged by yelling very loudly in the corner don't knock him out😂
I like this scene very much
14-11-2021 .... Brad Pitt takes on the role of the Polish border guard between Poland and Belarus
i was at 19 when a first time seemed this film ! now i 36 OMG !!!!
gotta be 1 of the best films
Best Brad Pitt movie ever 🤣
"Di you like the Dag?" - Mickey -
One of the best roles for me is Brad Pitt Makki, the stubborn gypsy boxer
Man this movie is good
That was Intense
Yeah you're right I agree lol it aint like he's fighting Mayweather, but still angles are very important no matter how fast your opponent is when it comes down to speed it's all about timing!
@KonstantinMegel i think its the start of "clubbed to death" by rob dougan
Nice film
Good movie great story.😂😂😂😂
I think Jason had had his nose broke a time or two since this movie.
He is a very good actor. Not sure if he has ever missteped in his roles.
this is the most bad ass and funny movie
Great movie. Brad Pitt stole every scene he was in.
Favorite line I quote as often as I can "Why the fuck do I want with a caravan that's got no fucking wheels?"
Фильм мощный! Сценарий мощный! Актеры что надо, чисто английская тема. Ричи рулит!
Why,,, I luv the Irish... Fun people
