To think of the dedication this man or woman has put into this series is incredible
Totally agree - an absolutely incredible record of our history and an unrivalled mix of memories and moments
I’m an Arsenal fan, but this is some of the best fan created media out there. That there are only 3k subscribers is a travesty.
Quality!!!!!! Absolutely quality. One of the best accounts of the state of a nation’s football in the 70’s and 80’s! Make that state of a nation!! Great work. When KZhead was conceived they’d have had no idea content of this quality would be being produced.
And the dross
Another cracking film. Worthington and Graham were quality.
Fantastic as always. Been looking forward to the 80s
Was so worth waiting for it. Brilliant like always
Been waiting months for a new video to drop and I'm glad to see it has. I'm an Arsenal fan from the states but I have to say this is one of the best documentaries of a team's history that I've ever seen.
Welcome back and thanks for continuing
Brilliant
Great to see you back after a 9 month pre-season break. 🙂
Great to have you back.
Brilliant as always good to have you back👍
Thank you 🙏 so much!!!
Great to see this fantastic series continuing, been well worth the wait.
Again just superb. I love digging out the programmes for these games. There was something about those days, you could even smell the pitch, smell the grass. And those away days on football specials. Ah, memories... so well brought back to life with this brilliant series. Thank you. Deserves so many more subscribers. But I guess there was only about 16.000 of us back in those days doing the rounds. MOT YRA
Thank you 🙏 again for producing this excellent video (with rare and precious footage), even though we know that a rocky and bumpy journey lies ahead both on and off the pitch.
Worth waiting! Thank you!
Superb. As always. Thank you 👍
It seemed like a hundred years between going down and Wilko arriving. While we bemoan those times for Leeds, football at that time was on the slide everywhere except for one or two clubs.
What a channel
Brilliant to have this back. Waited months and I’m a Man Utd fan !!!!!. Thank you thank you thank you
Watching from Thailand
great vid -keep it up!
Welcome back!
Hope we get a Wilko years series these are brilliant
Would love these to continue, covering the Sgt. Wilko's reign and the resurrection out of the Wilderness Years
6:21 That's Bob Bolder. Season after this he joined Liverpool and was on the bench in the EC Final, then spent the rest of his career at Charlton (via 12 months at Sunderland).
Seems incredulous that some players in their desire to leave the club, acted as if they were blameless or exempt from any responsibility in getting Leeds relegated in the first place.
Why did they get rid of Dennis Irwin ? When scum united won the first premier league in 92/93 the core of that team was Irwin and Cantona to think that Leeds played a part in the glory years of that team is unforgivable
I just a watched a rerun of the Coventry City v Leeds match 1987 fa cup semi I was a mere sprog back then … Whitney I’m so emotional on the radio everything was so perfect back then.
7:47 Mel Sterland, what a player he was, for both Owls and Leeds. Should have had more than the 1 England cap he got. If he hadn't got injured at the end of the '92 season he'd have probably made the plane to Sweden for the Euros but he chose the same year as EVERY other English RB to get injured and we ended up with F-ing Keith Curle!
Mel lives around the corner from me in Handsworth, Sheffield. A regular in The White Rose on the end of my road. Top bloke Mel. One of my Wednesday heroes growing up as a Wednesday fan.
...and the mighty Teardrop Explodes get a mention.
Love these clips from seasons back in the day I was going.
Nostalgia at it's best loved Leeds for over 50 years brings back great memories, much better than the woke and rainbow brigade if today, terraces and a proper lads day out.
I support Carlisle. These videos are bigger than just one club. Brilliant eh. Never a dull moment at Leeds.
@@jimmycburfield5997 loved going to Carlisle in the 80s good day out on the train from Keighley respect.
Brilliant remember it as yesterday as well as the music MOT since 72
9:27 That's Ray Houghton turning Hird inside out....tricky even at that tender age...
Thankyou so much for these whoever you are. I was born in 1980, so its great as a Leeds fan to see things like this before I was born or remember. Pure quality media 👍 MOT
Brilliant as usual, great to see these return
Arthur Graham has to be one of the best signings the club made
Superb stuff, yet again!
Loving it !!!
David Harvey is a Leeds' legend. And this from a proud Welshman.
great stuff as always
Best team in leeds
6:30 when we had proper refs not some robot VAR destroying the game 11:40 then again I change my mind 😂 how the heck was that offside??
Gray was still a class player. Leppimgs lane Limbs!
8:06 "& turned in by Megson". That should be Lord Gary Megson, if you please :)
Remember these times well , mot
I don’t like Leeds, never will but I like these uploads😁
Selling David Seaman for 4k... damn.
ps ... credit to LUFCFILMS ..... This work is incredible and has evoked many emotional memories
