    • Main difference in Giannis compared to Ben to me is the difference between a lot of players most of the time. Ben was a pampered Aussie who was always better than everyone he faced because he was more physically gifted not skilled. Hence being told he was going to be in the NBA and going to be good in the NBA Giannis is from a family that emigrated to Greece and fought for everything in their life because nothing was handed to them Their draft position says a lot on why one decided to grind and keep getting better for his family & why the other just coasted to get his "spotlight of fame"

Shaq had post moves as his half court scoring package, Giannis's problem was that he had no half court moves, now he's a slightly below average spot up shooter in the half court to go along with his straight line drives to the basket. Ben has NO half court offense what so ever, he didn't at LSU, and you can't be a top player on a Championship team if you have no half court scoring package.

But the big difference between these two players is that Giannis always dont fail to try to elevate his game in both ends of the floor and no matter how many airballs he got compared to Ben which I guess you see the stats who failed to try even shooting or being aggressive. I'm not a pure Giannis fan but I can bet unto him with the game on the line than Simmons.
