David Harbour has got to be one of the most naturally charismatic and likable dudes in Hollywood.
One of my buddies was one of the background cast for the show and he said all the main cast got a moment to meet the background cast, he said Dave was freaking awesome and was a genuine dude who just loved to converse and cares. He’s a normal dude…. Wish I could say the same about the other cast tho.
Well he never was one of these Hollywood kid's that have been acting since a young age. He was a normal dude for most of his life before the fame.

I’ll always love Hot Ones because Sean’s meticulously curated questions really make the guests have fun in the interview and think. he doesn’t stick to the same mundane questions that most interviewers ask. It’s so nice to see their faces light up or look shocked when he asks a very unique or deep dive kind of question.
And they get to eat stuff wich is epic
Right, he's almost always getting compliments on his interviewing prowess
Would you do hot ones?
@@ferdsan9025 I can only imagine he’s truly a breath of fresh air after going to talk to every jimmy while they make the same stale jokes and basic questions !
It really is true
I feel like Mr. Harbour looks so tired of childish interviews that he is legit shocked at a good interview like this one.
reminds me of nardwuar
That's the Hot Ones brand in a nutshell, it's great. So many ridiculously famous people come on here and say stuff like "Wow, that's a really interesting question!"
It's because interviewers are horrible at asking good questions. They have to talk about the movie the actor is promoting and there is only so much an actor can say without spoiling anything so questions become really redundant.
No joke, check out Stranger Con appearances when he's with Millie Bobby Brown. He can't help himself with dropping spoilers, and she has to stop him. He's like the embarrassing dad to his on-screen daughter.
@@cjtrules1 can't completely blame the interviewers, most of those press junkets are "ok, you have 5 minutes with them..... the last one is done, your time starts now. GO!" and your boss has given you 4 minutes of questions to read to them. they are always bored in them because they have to answer the same set of questions over and over again just so the interviewer can be on camera with them while being asked. if it was just print and the production companies would give out a list of pre-answered questions, i bet we would be able to get better interviews.
I like how Sean really validates his guests. If they’re struggling, he struggles with them. If they’re composed, he’s composed. He’s an amazing host.
He is truly amazing
Yeah. It's called mirroring. Its something that most professional interviewers tend to do

Completely agreed, I'm shocked I even had to scroll to see this comment... Though to be fair, the multiple comments before it saying David's attractive aren't wrong haha

So true! Him and Joseph Quinn have a similar problem where they're so humble they're almost insecure when really they're such brilliant artists and human beings!
He doesn’t take credit but he really is a handsome man
Agreed. I felt a little bad when he was putting himself down because he has a a rugged charm about him that makes him attractive. I also have self-image issues though so I can kinda get where he's coming from.

Absolutely. His answers are so thoughtful, and he expresses himself so well. It's funny how he plays (in Stranger Things) an incurious action hero-type, but here he strikes me more as the kind of nerd who'd be bullied in high school by guys like Hopper. I guess he's just...a really amazing actor.

People who interview celebrities should binge watch this show and learn a little something. Sean is the only one I see that's neither vapid not trying to get a headline by being a dick. He does his research and tailors every interview to the person in front of him, and asks amazing questions.
Something that we've all noticed is that he also doesn't get hung up on unanswered questions. If it doesn't resonate with the guest, than it wouldn't be worth the time anyway.
i’ve noticed that he is the best interviewer and the hot wings definitely puts the two on a more personal level, taking the celebrity out of them and the real person out. it’s such a great series and sean is the best.
He’s figured out the easiest way to make someone interesting is to appeal to what the subject enjoys discussing. Not what he thinks the audience wants enjoy. Anyone’s natural or unrestrained personality is attractive to most non crazy people. I completely agree with you.

He comes across as such a chilled out genuinely nice guy. You guys really do the best interviews bar none. The questions are unique and varied, they're interesting to us and it's obvious they're interesting to your guest too, it's so nice to see the look on their faces when they're getting asked questions other than the usual, "How did you lose so much weight?" "What's your workout routine?" and all the other cliched trash they've been asked a thousand times. Add to that the fact they're put at ease and then broken down with trying to deal with the extreme heat of the wings and we all get to see honest, approachable, open and genuine people instead of the facade they usually are required or forced to put forward. The worst is when a guest comes on and says,"I love your show!" and then the Last Dab starts and they're like, "What are you doing?" It's been a while since Sean's interviewed someone completely unfamiliar with the show and I'm here for it
They can know and love the show, and not have seen the whole episode. If you watch clips do you think they show them dabbing at the end? Lots of people I know love the show for clips on tiktok and stuff but don't watch it.
Sean, you honestly have the BEST questions. You make the interview the best out all other interviewers out there. Keep up the awesome work. I love it when a guest is all, "how do you know that???".
The soundtrack for these interviews are always so on point.
My favorite thing about this show is the moment you catch them off guard. The question that focuses on 20 years ago or the side project they think won't get any attention or the one passion they have outside of the spotlight. The celebs get so used to the press tour and you never focus on the next big thing they are having to promote. When you drop the question that makes them say "man you really do your research" that's always a great moment in these interviews. That's the point when most of them let go of the interview persona and let their real selves out.
It's also doubly great, because viewers get to first learn a new thing about the person and then immediately gets their (honest) take on the matter.
I made this platform to reach to real fans like you to appreciate your effort and to show how I do love you all ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

“I can’t even think of a single cured meat right now” -David Harbour
For real this was one of the best episodes, amazing,he rly enjoyed himself
One of the best actual interviews for this series, all the questions and answers were genuinely interesting, almost didn't need the wings.....almost
20:32 "it's effecting my whole body, I like it" 😂❤️ he's such a wholesome guy.
David: *Goes to great lengths eloquently explaining the american method and shakespearean influences in his career* Also David when asked what his top 4 cured meats are: "GOD DAMN THAT IS THE HARDEST QUESTION IVE EVER BEEN ASKED"
Situational brain block!
*'MURCA!*
I love David Harbour so much lmao
And he didn't answer it...
Hard to tell who is Sean and who is David? Twins? Long lost brothers?
Me
father and son
Hold on! He might be on to something.

LMAO every bald white dude is related to Sean. Harbour, Bill Burr, Stone Cold
This has to be one of my favorite episodes. The editing is perfect! And I adore David. As always, Sean's questions are immaculate.
my favorite part of these, and why i keep watching, isnt the celebrities themselves, or watching them eat spicy wings, its seeing the genuine happiness the display when asked new and different questions that lead to actual conversation.
