they're doing motion capture on a cat, but they don't capture the movement of the tail? seems like that's one of the most important parts if you wanna capture the realism of their movement
a tail can just be simulated with a physics engine, it's the musculature and interactions between the environment and limbs that need to be motion tracked. Also tails are hard as hell to attach the motion trackers on.
I'm just surprised they got those cats to act normal with those things attached. Every cat I've ever had would have just flopped on the floor trying to get them off.
