Here something to keep you up at night. When you pick up coral blocks and place them on land from the ocean without water, they die, so, that implies the inventory is incredibly moist if it's able to keep coral blocks alive.

the real question is, how can 3 brown books duplicate itself into many different colors when you craft them into a bookshelf?
indeed
Because you use them as wood, and the books in bookshelf are false, so bookshelf is basically: Wood made of books, and books made of wood
@@DestroyerOfWeebs I'm confused rn, lol
Also, why does the crafting recipe for flower pots not have any dirt even though there is visible dirt in placed flower pots. And when you craft rails, that single stick in the crafting recipe is splitted into 64 tiny sticks (since you get 16 rails with each having 4 visible sticks).
@@Zeder95 the stick could probably be huge since it takes up the same inventory space as a block (needs another slot in inv)
You know how spawners always spawn pigs when you place them down? That’s because pigs are the Minecraft equivalent of Mew from Pokémon; every other mob evolved from a pig. Think of it, where did hoglins and piglins come from? They were pigs that went to the nether and evolved, and pigs eventually split off and evolved into cows, sheep, chicken, squid, zombies, pillagers, villagers, axolotl, phantoms, polar bears… and eventually, you, the player.

Maybe the nether is a old end dimension that has been broken down by something..
@@Nerd674 yeah, maybe the end, the nether and the overworld was one dimension and then got broken up into three. Maybe they built strongholds and (ruined) nether portal to broke the dimension into three. Maybe strongholds are built to defend the end portals because there are endermen civilization in the end dimension. Maybe endermen are the one that make the portals, because they can teleport and have chorus fruit in their dimension, and the end portal is a one way portal, maybe the end portal is built earlier when they can only make a one way portal. I’m gonna add on to the nether cow theory, Perhaps the nether cows, Like Piglins, were a smarter, more sentient species of cow, with some counterparts that were stronger with less intelligence (Cow hoglins basically) These cows may have possibly had a war with early Piglins, causing the death of said cow warriors beforehand. Maybe these Bullkins, as I’ll call them, knew how to go to the overworld, possibly finding mushrooms and finding out that they possibly make the Bullkins stronger, so they used them and brought them to the nether, spreading some mushroom spores that would grow in the nether later on. These Bullkin would also die in said war, and the Piglins would trap the souls of the Bullkin in soul sand. Of course that’s just a theory, but eh.
When people came the nether, they needed a food source, so they brought cows…
Or they just brought spores of mushrooms into the nether from the ruined portals
It's just a theory. A GAME THEORY!

"Sorry for spying on you :(" amazing! Haha!
the hidden egg in the logo of "what am i topping my cake with?"
I know I’m late to the party but one lore thing that I think is true. Is that the enderman is just the player after being eaten by the dragon. Think about it their the only mob to be in all the dimensions. Their the only mob to pick up and place blocks. They do a decent amount of damage probably due to them dying with a sword (maybe strength too). Their the only mob to start to die in water (like how you take damage from not breathing). This is clearly head cannon but would be cool lore nonetheless.

There are two options for what cakes have on top of them. Since cakes were added in 1.2, it can't be beetroot from 1.9 or sweet berries from 1.14. Apples were made in Indev 0.31 and nether wart was from 0.12.1. Since nether wart is used for potions and you don't get swiftness from the sugar, the item on cakes are... A. Apples B. Sweet Berries C. Beetroot D. Nether Wart E. None of the above E, because the insides of apples are white(ish). It could be A, though, as the skin of apples are red. So in this scenario, (If you didn't have "None of the about") Apples are what is on the cake.

Theory: Ancient debree are shells that formed originally in the end, some shells were inhabited by mysterious creatures and lived, and some rotted and were thrown away into the nether. Theory 2: Foxes aren’t ghosts, they have extremely tough skin, so they don’t get hurt. Theory 3: Mushrooms are from mooshrooms that were brought into the nether by players. Theory 4: The player is a survivor from an apocalypse, explaining zombies, skeletons, husks and strays. Theory 5: Mooshrooms were mutated in a lab. Theory 6: Creepers were pigs mutated in a lab, they had tnt, gunpowder and fire charges fused into them.

8:09 HOLY SHIT THE CALCITE IN THE TOP ISN'T ALIGNED WITH THE CALCITE IN THE SIDE
these are so well made they're better than most minecraft "fact" videos
About the stuff Minecraft cakes are topped with, it is completely possible that it is something not included in the recipe. There are many parts of man-made things in Minecraft that are not included in the recipes, for example tools on crafting table, chest latches, door handles, ink in books or already mentioned water used to make bread or mushroom stew. I think the most likely explanation is that Steve is cutting edges when crafting some things and then using that material for other recipes. And for the mushrooms in Nether, there is much simplier explanation. As we all know, the portal you built is clearly by far not the first nether portal ever built - there are remnants of older portals literaly everywhere around the overworld, including the sea. And let’s be honest, it can’t be too hard for a few mushroom spores to get through the portal when no one is looking.
Actually to prove the bread one wrong, if you watched/played Minecraft Story Mode, you’d know that the crafting table is actually magical and merges the items in a form to make an item. It was a diamond sword that was being crafted, I believe, when I learned.
it was a stone sword i think

I always saw the red things on the cake as cherries, although that doesn't make sense since there are no cherry trees in Minecraft (but apples dropping from oak leaves doesn't make sense either, why aren't there separate apple trees in Minecraft?). But thinking about it, sweet berries would make the most sense. Beetroots or nether warts wouldn't fit into a sweet food like cake, and apple pieces would probably look different. The reason why the sweet berries don't appear in the crafting recipe? Maybe the player has some random sweet berries in his pockets that aren't shown in the inventory or something. Flower pots also have visible dirt in them even though the crafting resipe doesn't have dirt. Maybe the players just pick up the dirt right where they are standing while crafting the flower pot.
answer to questions on: How do bookshelves duplicate and re-color the 3 books and how do enchantment tables work!: the colors in a bookshelf are yellow brown grey light blue red and white, lets start with yellow, books have paper, which comes from sugar cane, sugar can is yellow, brown is from the leather, cows have horns which are grey the gray is from cwos, blue is the color of warped nylium, eight already said that cows are from the nether which means they could have warped nylium on them, red is from red mushrooms that they can carry, and white is from the white dots on the red mushrooms or the mushroom stems, where do enchanting tables get there magical properties? I actually think that ancient debris are actually shulker shell fossils. how they got there, i don't know.
The underside of cacti are also spiral
Shulkers probably used to line in the nether But i guess they got extinct?
When shulkers die in the end, they go to hell(the nether) because they spent their entire life attacking players. Then, since they aren’t used to the environment in the nether, they die and fossilize, leaving ancient debris.

0:34 its cow blood.
Personally if I want to put lore into Minecraft, I’d like to think that the nether was some version of the over-world at one point that went to hell, literally, and things might’ve been mutated. Which could explain zombie-pigmen/piglins since when pigmen go to the over-world they’re zombified so they could be the oldest piglins since we don’t know how long the nether has existed lore-wise, nor how long piglins live And we know that life can exist after a place becomes a wasteland (I forgot the scientific term, it’s been a while) so it’s believable that things could appear as updates happen if you wish to include that to the lore
