  • Tuning in from the yoop. First generation, second year bow hunter, all I can say is that the amount of insight you give is truly game changing and much appreciated. Attacking a clear cut this weekend, supposed to get to low 40’s at night. got a beautiful yooper 10 on camera.

  • Been tracking a group of does on a buck rub trail on a ridge, hoping to find that buck come through, so much to learn. I'm always wandering what I'm doing wrong and how I could do it better. You're very informative Jeff, thanks for teaching us!

  • I love your videos. I honestly get excited when they come out. When I am driving i have only heard your voice everyday for probably 2 years now. I just listen to them as i drive on repeat. I figure if i do it enough my brain will make a switch to be like yours and ill start slamming Toads every year!

  • I have dogs on both sides of me and now a food plot, but the deer were funneling in between the dogs on our property on a saddle but I now see more deer on the food plot. I will take your advice, as I always do and hunt my two tree stands a small distance from the food plot which is doing great with the Plot Start - Plot Till and soon Plot boost with the fertilizer I spread. Man this is awesome stuff Jeff. I feel like I am in a PhD White Tail hunting class. I love it brother.

  • I hunt public land and you are correct. You have to learn to incorporate the public into a hunting strategy. For me it is wearing waders and stomping through a swamp where most two leg uprights won't go. Bugs, Snakes, Alligators, Hogs deter the faint at heart. I had several stand locations on high areas with oaks surrounded by knee deep water and cypress. This is where the deer go when pressure builds. There are also choke points and corridors connecting pine flats, oak hammocks, and swamp. (I like to take fallen logs and branches and place across game trails to have them walk around them.)

  • Thanks for another great video. Today is our Opening Day in Illinois. To me it's a little warm to go but next weekend temps are supposed to drop from highs in the 80's to highs in the 60's. Hopefully that'll make better hunting. Good Luck everyone.
