  • something i remember when i first entered a plane cockpit, which was in a gol 737-800, is a strange feeling about the size of things inside the cockpit, i mean, i don't know what exactly i was expecting, but it really got me thinking about it, like, we watch these kind of videos and most of us don't think about the size of the yoke, or the size of the mcp knobs, or the size of the fmc... i remember most of the things were really tiny, and the cockpit was even claustrophobic, and you can notice exactly that when you pay attention on how easy it is for the pilots to reach for some instruments... but at the same time, look how high the mcp is to the first officer's head

    • Bro I literally had the same feeling when I first was allowed in a 737 cockpit.. those dials and knows are tiny and it's very clostophobic

  • Since my childhood, I have loved the field of aviation. I adore flying and planes and watching them take off, fly and land. I even became addicted to watching the plane and following it as it flies in the sky. But, unfortunately, I was lazy and could not reach a better level of education to practice this field and any specialty related to it... my regards✌️

  • I'm amazed that the modern glass cockpits as seen in Cessna Citation are so much more advanced than the basic instruments in Boeings 737. Apparently advanced functionality is delegated to the iPads the pilots are carrying.
