    • Carl Rudd Sablicious _did_ use the correct spelling of 'humour'. Yours is the modified American spelling, which most English speaking countries don't use. It bothers me that you actually thought the British spelling was incorrect.

  • I heard someone point out recently that one of the reasons Ricky Gervais was one of the best hosts for these shows, is the fact that he was there to make the TV-audience laugh, not the guests. And he was brilliant at it.

  • I saw Ricky and sat in the front row of a small seaside theatre in Hastings, UK, as he was warming up for a tour. To this day I have never laughed as hard as that night, in fact I was drenched with sweat it was so funny. A genius.
