He walked in there like a Russian terminator.
😀😃🤣😆👍👍👍
Haha. In russian his vision would say scanning match 60, scanning match 99. Match aquired. Blink blink blink I need your clothes, your boots, and your tank
@@3rdreichball525 and your Cokainum...
Oh brother here we go again...😅
@@3rdreichball525 I actually said that in his voice lol 😆😂😂😂
"Soviet method is more economical" I love it.
@Alex Beskrovnyi Čovjek komentira film, a ne sadašnje vrijeme!!
Haha I just want to say it. Really economical.
Nobody, maybe, he said, ..... last minutes
Listen to last seconds ...
Not saying this is Arnold's best movie but it is one where he was best utilized. Definitely one of his best. The Miranda scene is an American classic.
You wanna tell me about that sack of shit lying on the sidewalk? He lives here.
The 80s and the 90s are the best time
Not in the USSR / Russia, though
actually one of his best movies.
Arnold could be anyone but he will play it the best he just fits the Russian part so well
ahahaha, but no!
0:39 For a moment there, I thought he was gonna walk up to them and say, "I need your clothes, your boots and your motorcycle!" 😂😂😂
I need your clothes, your boots, and your bottle of vodka.
James Belushi was such a great comic action/comic actor! A great foil for Arnold in this brilliant 80’s cheese fest of a film! Another top movie withJB is The Principal. Just unbeatable entertainment!
Was? He still is!
@@ppdan a figure of speech seeing as he’s not done anything for ages. He’s a cannabis farmer now!
is he really feeling that guys pulse at 12:05 tho? I mean that dude was cold before he hit the floor
Ah... the 80's... when both the guns and men had balls....
😆🤣😃🤩👍👍👍
Really
and when every woman on the street was a prostitute (or walked like one)
I STILL have my pair!

8:44 That move followed by a robot like "Where is Victor". EPIC!!!

I think it's underrated movie.
You know realism is not a consideration here when Arnold's gun is always bigger than everyone else's.
Seen in the theatre back in the day. Loved it. They don't make action movies like this anymore...or...perhaps they don't have a one of a kind guy like Arnold anymore.
Today they have small black girls can fight 10 big men at once. Colourful, diverse and politically correct.
There can only be one Arnold Schwarzenegger
Ed O'Ross what an impossible name. He was in Full Metal Jacket too
Brion James as well, speaking of impossible names.
Kk9y
What a classic action/drama movie with a good sense of humor!💯👍
Red Heat a Walter Hill classic
Fun fack: it was filmed in Budapest, Hungary. All these actors were hungarian actors speaking Russian. And we all know them in Hungary as they make good movies. At least they made good movies in the past. Some of them passed away or too old now.
Fact Check: Fun Fact.
Some Russians who saw the movie said Arnold did a good job speaking the language. But one thing I never forgot was that piano player. Dang, he has the voice of a guy who smokes 100 cigarettes a day! 😂
Is Ed O'ross Hungarian? Thought he was Irish?!?
Schwarzenegger's partner is Russian
film producer is hungarian Andy Vajna. (Dead) Call to Schwarzenegger filming Moskow scenes in Budapest locate.
ahhhh soooooo awesome. when he’s walking through that bar looking from left to right..it’s literally the terminator once more!!!
10:10: "Soviet method is more economical." Well he's right on that
I really need to watch this movie again.
Cocainum. One of Arnold Schwarzenegger's most underrated movies. Arnold fits really well as Russian Cop Ivan "Jaws" Danko. Again Arnold outdid Sly whose Rambo 3 was quickly dated upon release in 1988. This was also the first picture to get permission to film in the then new Soviet Union.
then, few years later there is junior. i lost the respect i had for arnold after that.
@@rapatacush3 it's a fun movie
I hadn't realized this film was rated. tell us, what's the rating?
@@rapatacush3 what did you mean by that
@@rickytorres229 that arnold made a cringe mpreg movie.
Love the sound of the guns. Sounds like 128 mm cannons being set off.
The recoil must be insane with that kind of power.
Podbyrin 9.2mm baby
Badboy movie, very underrated. Great chemistry between Arnold and James
That COCAINUM line is just priceless'/!!!
Nobody messes with the terminator!
You have to love the way they used exactly the same soundtrack for this, as they did Commando.
And another 48 hrs
Excellent film clip::: Arnold Schwarzenegger!!!
This is a very good movie, I remember the first time I saw it in 1997, very good
I LOVE THIS MOVIE!
Arnold is very handsome in this movie
Huligany!!
This movie was a fun to watch. Sort of 48hrs with Eddie Murphy and Nick Nolte but with less grittiness and much more humor. James Belushi was still sort of standing in his brothers shadow but this movie cleared all that away and helped him cement his own name. I would definitely watch this movie again and again.. It would be a fun if Hollywood got it's act together and reached out to these two very talented gentlemen and have them make another movie together. What ever movie they starred in together.... It would be epic!
Jim Belushi was never a very good actor and this movie only serves to prove that. There's a reason why people remember John's legacy
With the war in Ukraine, I don't think that's possible anymore. certainly in the 90s - early 2000s, it would have been possible and would have been a sequel, sorry, but for many years this would not be possible.
This no doubt got him his own action flick royce
Tom cruise os all we have left
"He lives here", just kind of amazing
He fits as a Soviet so well.
Arnold movies are the best !!!!!
What a awesome movie
I think this was one of his best. His character was actually a believable story...he never could clean up that heavy Austrian accent...
Best film after predators. With love from USSR tovarish Schwarzenegger.
movies were so real in those times I miss that touch today
I like the scene at 11:09 which depicts women in an accurate way, i.e. intervening inappropriately and obstructing men who are trying to enforce law and justice. My girlfriend does this to me all the time when I'm trying to shoot someone and it's really irritating.
@@PenisMcWhirtar 👍👍

Maaaan I forgot about RedHeat. Well. Gotta go watch it.💪🏾
Walking down fifth Avenue like the Red army 🎉

When he said "Its cocainum time" and cocainumed all over the place was the best scene
Peter Boyle was funny 😂
This is why he is the Terminator
I watched this movie in early 1989...
Man they should have made a sequel. Probably too late now.
Model 101, Kommissar edition
I love 80s action movies. You gotta have the big gun that has a hundred rounds before you reload.
Masterpiece
Great 80s film👍♥️😎
My Arnold's Schwarzenegger favorite movie. Thank you for sharing 👍👍👍👌
One of the greatest silly movies of the 80s! Heck, 90s too.
that's one big Makarov he's got there...
It's actually a Desert Eagle with an extended barrel.
I saw this movie on Hollywood Blvd when it first came out back in 1988'/!!!
I think those guys forgot that Soviet made Podbyrin 9.2 mm is the most powerful handgun in the world....LOL
"Cocainum is a hell of a drug!"
I forgot about this movie. Went to see it when it came out.
"I swear on my balls, I dont where". My favorite.🤣🤣
"Cocainum!" "Danko." - "You're welcome." And of course young Lawrence Fishburne.
Forgot about this movie. I liked it. Very campy.
"Came wit me if you vant to live"
In soviet Russia Chopper get to you🫡😂💀💀💀💀💀💀
12:15 So disrespectful. That's a man identifying as target practice.
He lives here 🤣🤣🤣. Soviet method more economically. How much we laughed on VHS in 90s
That's something a Russian became Governor of California 🤣.

Terminator 😎👍🏻🤖
I love that Russian Gun its a Desert Eagle with a barrel of a Wahlter P38!!!
They wanted to emulate the Stechkin. Its a very interesting gun 20 round mag, fire selector for semi or full auto. 9x18mm Makarov round. Its still in service today with pilots of the Russian Air Force.

“Who’s Dirty Harry?” 😂
I love this movie. The japanese title of the movie is Red Bull.
9:05 RIP Brion James.
AND HE WAS IN A MOVIE CALLED COLLATERAL DAMAGE AND I'VE GOT THOSE MOVIES ON DVD 😁
The first clip, Russian restaurant - if you want to experience something similar (a little bit), there is a restaurant on West 52nd Street in Manhattan, "Russian Samovar".
I like Western stories showing the Soviet Union as friends. Were they really so different from us? I felt sad when the Soviet policemen got shot, just like I would in any other movie.
T
Those shorter-barrelled handguns are so accurate, even when shooting on the run!
I love society flimsy Thanks again.
Great film still love it
Rasputin at 0:27. Even Arnie knew not to mess with that
Director Walter Hill sure is a fan of this theme - where a law enforcement official strolls into a seedy bar and proceeds to harass the criminal element inside. He did it here, a year earlier with Nick Nolte in Extreme Prejudice, and a few years earlier before that with Eddie Murphy in 48 Hours.
Check out Clint Eastwood in Coogan's Bluff. Surely the inspiration for this movie.
You know, If it wasn't for the bad casting and directing this first go-round, this character would have been almost as endearing as The Terminator! 🤔
The music score by James Horner is BRILLIANT.
In the beginning, he walks like a Terminator.
A Red Heat compilation lol...why not
