the collab scenario would've made so much more sense to present the option to you (Manny) as an ambassadorship or being the face of an already existing product the brand created (even though it was really a failed collab), without any mention of the influencer who pulled out whatsoever! it would've been less awkward for all parties involved

I love that Kourtney is marrying for the first time in her 40's, it's so beautiful and shows that we all have our own unique journeys in life & shouldn't feel pressured by society. Of course she's a multi millionaire with the luxury of time but we're all human at the end of the day and love makes life worth living ❤️ I feel Travis brings out her free side even more they are so cute together ❤️

At this point, when it comes to podcasts, the more the merrier! Podcasts nearly always prove to be the best format for creators to actually show their true selves. I also feel like discussions are SO important for personal development, and it’s lovely to watch the personal growth of the creators as time goes on. Honestly, Logan Paul is a great example of this! Podcasts are awesome :).
One of you should do a “Fool Coverage” eyeshadow palette with a color story based on the wallpaper in the set. Those colors are so rich, deep and gorgeous. We need it!

Would loveee to hear a pod on friendships in the industry. Every industry has its shit because we are all people but I feel like when brand trips, brand deals and spotlight are a factor it would be interesting to hear the impact.
One of their first episodes was like "what really happens on brand trips" or something like that.

I thought so also, untill he said he never did the colab. He did do a makeup geek colab where he used some of Jaclyn's shades from her failed colab. So it must be someone else!

And Manny did do the collab with MUG- and I remember Jaclyn's was suppose to drop right after- and then she dropped a big Morphe pallette instead, with basically same colors (which she said, as always that she had been working on for 2 years lol). Also Marlena a couple of years ago talked about how a big a influencer that she had supported for years back out on her after she purchased everything for their collab :o). Also Manny said that it hurt him cause he was friends with the person first- so I still think it is MUG

It’s definitely Makeup Geek! If y’all recall Makeup Geek spoke about Jaclyn Hill backing from doing a collab with makeup geek. At the time Jaclyn was collaborating with Morphe and it was all bad timing. Therefore Jaclyn removed herself from the collab and that when she offered it to Manny. It’s super grimy that makeup geek was playing Manny.

Yeah! Marlena was also shading Jaclyn and made a whole video regarding her lipsticks and how she told her not to use that lab etc. it’s like she wanted to kick her when she was already down. However Marlena goes and does something worse in my opinion. It’s shady to ask someone to pretty much save her ass from losing out on money. Here goes Manny saying okay I got you. Then you go behind his back and offer it to someone Manny isn’t friends/ having beef with at the time. Sad stuff!

I think the two issues are separate. I don't support James anymore but I don't believe that word should be used against anyone, regardless of who they are.
I also am finding it more and more difficult to actually enjoy and watch their podcast bc there ignoring the whole Manny supporting James situation. It's getting irritating that they want to call others out but there is this big elephant in the room named James that so many of us fans our confused

My husband owns his own company and we have no life. He works constantly even though he doesn’t have too, he could take days off. He has employees who can take care of things, the problem is he feels like it’s a wasted day if he takes any time off. We have a 13 year old son who won’t have any memories of vacations or fun day trips. When Laura said one day she’ll be on her deathbed saying “Great, you worked your whole life and now you die”, that will literally be my husband. We’ve created no memories that we’ll be able to look back on.
This is so sad :( I hope you guys can make some memories and enjoy yourselves before it’s too late. Some people find fulfillment in their work, but it’s important to balance it out with relaxing and creating fun times.
I always like to remember that we work to live, not live to work. Any time is a good time to start making memories. I hope you and your family figure it out.
This was my dad growing up. (He’s still a workaholic but I’m grown now) I have very few memories of us doing things when I was a kid. My mom has owned her own business my whole life and she still always did vacations every summer and managed to take us on weekend trips every month. She always said my dad was great at being a husband and father financially but not hands on. Either way I couldn’t have asked for better parents at the end of the day! Your son will know his dad did everything for the both of you ❤️
Awe😭 this made me tear up. I work 65 hours a week. I work two jobs, one in the school district and one in healthcare. Both jobs are so damn stressful right now. Any time I have off I'm catching up on the house. I got engaged in July and I haven't even looked at one thing to do with my wedding. I don't want to die without making memories. Right now I feel like I HAVE to work that much bc of how short staffed the school and healthcare are. I cannot sleep well at night if my patients aren't taken care of. Sending you positive vibes and praying your family can get time away!

You deserve everything, you can see how hard they work and sometimes I feel tired just looking at them.
