I think these mega mushroom and star sounds are a little too busy. and I think the star sound should be the same speed as the original to make it easier to tell when it's going to run out
Agreed. Also the mega mushrooms sound out tune. Its like the same song but played exclusively with sour notes.
@@Spaceman_Sp1ff Mario Kart Wii has exaggerated Doppler effect that impacts the song when it's coming from other players. It sounds fine when Troy is in a Mega, but I agree this version of the tune sounds more off than the vanilla version.

Imo this music pack is fine, because you'd hear the same amount of mega mushroom music in the regular music pack nonetheless. Though it's true that this time the bg music is slightly louder than usual.

When troy was talking about how the music pack changed I was wondering why all the tracks had the same music. I then realized that Troy was in a Mega so much I thought the mega music was the new track music.
For reference on how truly amazing that last race was: Lap 1: 53 seconds Lap 2: 57 seconds Lap 3: 37 seconds
We don't see this on screen. but when GCN Rainbow Road was chosen, Troy was using his feet on a separate computer to hack into Empex's internet and disconnect him from the match. You can see his eyes shift down time to time so his toes can hit the correct keys to ensure he boots Empex out of the match, THEN he speeds up the match to distract us. You cannot fool us Troy

Is it just me or does the mega mushroom music sound really distorted? Like idk if the instruments they used for it are the issue or if the composition of the notes is the issue. But something about it just sounds off to me

It's mainly when Troy is beside someone who's in it, but because you're in a mega mushroom so much it's annoying to listen to. I think it and maybe the star need to be the original version and the pack is good to go
It’s because Troy is using a custom music pack. It changes the music for multiple things, including the mega mushroom music!
I love the new music pack except for the star and Mega parts. It's a bit obnoxious when you hear it 5-10 times a lap. Change the star/Mega back to the original and everythings perfect!

The randomizer works perfect, it is truly random. Most software (for example Spotify) use a special algorithm, because we humans don't like true randomness. We are confused when we select random and the same song/track shows up back to back. But that is true randomness

Great video. Very entertaining, but the new sound for the mega mushroom is really annoying.
Having an issue where i load up ctgp and it goes back to the ctgp menu repeatedly I've had it for about 2 years now and after the latest update it just loads up tp the point where it shows mario and Luigi and says press start and then it goes back to the main ctgp menu
Troy What's smt you look at to get the frame count? Like visual wise. I can't see the difference ever
I suggest watching video comparisons of games at different framerates. You can tell the difference better. For me, 30fps is a bit blurrier and has a similar visual effect to watching fictional TV and movies, while 60fps pops out more.
