  • This method is honestly great for mental blocks. A week ago I could do a bhs easily but one day I woke up and couldn’t jump back anymore. I tried this method(on a trampoline) and got it within 10 minutes. Hopefully this encourages people who are afraid of jumping back!

  • You know what here’s a easier way start off with a back bend and just kick over once you get used to it you will start getting into the back handspring. At least it’s easier than his way🤷🏼‍♀️

  • For girls trying out for cheerleading and need this, WORK ON YOUR FORM, when doing your round-off make sure you are straight! It might not matter if you are just doing backhand springs but when you get into throwing tucks, layouts and fills you need to be able to keep your tumbling in a line, just a small tip👌🏽😂😉

  • I actually tried it 2 days ago. it took me 20 minutes instead of 5 because I needed some time to overcome my fear and rested often but at all this is very good way with really useful exercises. thank you pigmie !

  • I would recommend doing the bridge stretch. Then, getting up to your feet. So you go down, then you throw your feet up so it’s like half of the round off and backhand spring combo
