  • ok side note for a better battery life 3.7V 3000mAh Rechargeable 3Pin 3 Wires Thermistor Polymer Li Battery 357090 Lipo ( found on ebay) you want the 1mm connector. you have to trim some plastic on the shell but it works great and you actually get a whole day and a half of use out of it with the auto shutoff disabled. The only reason Im leaving this comment here is no one on youtube has covered it and this is top result for battery replacement for the virtuoso. Cable management for the battery hook up is black white red and the batter is located in the right cup. you will need a #1 philips to open the 4 screws behind the pad. Make sure you have the headset set to usb mode when changing the battery so it doesnt short trying to get power from the battery. Never open a lipo battery, never replace a lipo battery without good ventilation and protective gloves.

  • mine came smushed in the box and are all flattened out, guess i need to replace them also even using all the force i can put on the things i cant get them to come off this is really frustrating, i feel like im going to tear the leather off before it moves

    • @@c1via i was able to remove them, just havent gotten to replacing them yet the stitching on the leather has all come apart, the foam is coming out, god these things are junk

    • It most definitely needs new earpads. The earpads are trash out of the box.

  • the whole headset looks nicer then it actually is. sound quality is meh and the ear cups break off so easily. i regret buying them
