That happens when you're on some painkillers (Specially on Morphine). You nod off for what feels like 5 seconds, but in reality you've been asleep for 15-20 minutes. It feels odd and a bit annoying. On high doses, you won't even realize when you nodded off, and it's completely out of control.

I call b.s. on that though. Not medically BUT legally blind is 20/200 uncorrected. Which also happens to be the same standard the commission uses. Each eye must pass that. If he was legally blind in one eye, he would have been forced to retire... I know these rules first hand because I have a degenerative eye disease which has my vision at 20/400 at the moment and no commission would sanction me

I also suffer from Lost Time. I am completely conscience and hours would fly by in an instant. Though part of me believes I left my body and did horrible shit, then come back. This has happen to me many times. The longest period of time is 5 1/2 hours. That's been the longest, and it happened on 30th of December. I also experience small gaps of lost time, but that's just me being lazy and not getting out of bed. But the time does take away 2 to 4 hours from my day. I use to make an excuse that it takes me 2 1/2 hours to get out of bed. But really I lost time.
