For me, this channel has always been about the pilot, not the plane so It's great seeing a new VOD no matter what is flown or where. Keep up the great work!
I appreciate that!
Well said!
I second that :)
So True
esp when he is naked! :p
Great video! What an amazing aircraft - I want one - but there's that $5M price tag issue. Don't tell the 172R I'm flying what I said, I don't want her to get jealous.
😂 omg same but I got a 162 skycatcher
Same here, but don’t tell my F-150 (I’m a poor)
I'm still flying a kite.
Come on Lotto 5 mil wouldn’t hurt 🎉🎉😅😅😅
Only flying I do is on my motorcycle so i got that in common with steveo
I'm not a pilot but that is a nice airplane. Thanks for taking us along for the ride.
Hey, you don't need to be a chauffer to enjoy seeing a beautiful limousine either. lol
Always better to be in the back… having a drink or sleeping.
@@thatguy8005 As a pilot, I have to say that is never better!
Hi Sport. Apart from the video taking you along for the ride, as you say. Seek out an airfield close to you that operates Bi-planes and buy yourself a ride in say a Stampe SV 4. or a Tiger Moth. You will absolutely LOVE IT. There is Nothing like flying in an open cockpit, it is wonderful fun! Maybe you’ll decide after your flight that you want to train to get your PPL and be a Pilot ! Why not! Good luck and Enjoy flying. You will NEVER regret it. Best job in the world is Aviation and Flying. Do it.!!!!! All the very best to you. JB. East Surrey. UK.
Truly a 21st-century dream machine...
Steve, it was great to see you flying the TBM960! Can't wait to see you back flying on a regular basis. The 960 has GREAT upgrades to the 850 to reduce the load management to anyone flying it. I know you enjoyed that short flight and hats off to your friend for all his knowledge on the 960. Hope to see you again soon.
I agree. His friend is the sales/marketing guy for Daher in US, so he should know all about it.
Steve will be working for socata or cirrus, thats my vision😁👍
@@cappc12would be a smart move for any manufacturer to hire him for sales.
Heck yeah, he's back. Hope you're doing well, Steveo!!
Good to see you in the air again Steveo. That TBM 960 is amazing!
That was a smooth save with the sponsors during the timed out flight plan. You are a professional sir! Love watching your videos, keep them coming.
Great way to fill in while Wayman re filed the flight plan!
Awesome video! I’m 71years old and when I saw you standing on the TBM wing a smile came to my face. Keep the great videos coming
The 960 has many amazing features! Seriously, I am in awe. If I were to win Powerball this week, maybe Wayman could squeeze me in. Thank you both for this demo of the TBM.
Lol I was going to comment the exact same thing. My friends don't know athing about airplanes but they know that if I win the Powerball I'll be buying one asap. 😂😂😂
Good one Steve! The “bring me home” function and the upgraded Garmin/weather system is just beautiful! I hope we will see more videos from you flying this 960. Somehow the TBM/Steve combo is just right. 😊
The internet hasn't been the same without ya. So stoked you back! Congratulations Steve!
Great to see the FADEC added. Big improvement over the 850.
There are at least 4 models since 850.
I understand that. But what he's been flying for years IS an 850, so that's what I referred to. The 850 has no FADEC, no auto throttle, etc.@@komrad1983
What a nice flight, loving the TBM960! Best of luck with the road ahead, I would guess people are probably fist fighting to hire you! Anybody would be more than lucky to have you as their pilot!
Good to see you back in the left seat again, Steveo! That is one SWEET bird! Bet it was exciting to fly such a marvel of flight! Fly on!
Why wasn't he flying for a while?
@@TheSonjaxfactor yes, his last employer let him go because he sold N851TB. Steveo didn’t really get a new job, just trying the new TBM out…
Never clicked so fast on a video like this one! Amazing to see you back Steveo! Looking forward to the new adventures!
Oh Man, it felt good to get up in the air and stretch our wings! !! !!! What a plane.
Always fun to watch Wayman flying with SteveO. You have the sense Wayman is always looking for "what's next to focus on right now".
Even if this isn’t your new fulltime gig it’s still nice to fly with you again Steveo!!
Awesome video there Steveo & so cool to see Wayan & you flying again. That TBM960 is like a literal wish list of what we hoped the 850 could be, sweet bird!
‘Literal?’
Steven and TBM960 reunited! So excited to see you flying and sharing those adventures with us. Cheers&Thank you!
Nice to see you back in the air! It's amazing how many advancements have been made over the 850. It'll make life much easier for the single pilot.
I can’t imagine flying a brand, new airplane, let alone a TBM 960. That must be so sweet. That climb rate of 4600 ft./min. is bananas! Keep flying, high, brother!
Great video Steveo and what an airplane. ‘Good to see Waymon again too! They’ll miss you at KABY. Good luck with the new gig.
Great video steveo ....are the comments disabled ?? I jumped on this person's post ...sorry mate
I'm happy to see you flying again. Seeing you grounded was terrible. Hope things are going well. Been following you for years.
Those condos you flew over on departure is where I stay when I come to Hillsboro/ pompano. I always get canal view to watch the planes depart.
So cool to see you taking off from KPMP, the TBM is an awesome plane, it's crazy to see the acceleration and climb rate compared our puny C172 we used in flight training.
Nice to see you in the left seat once again. The 960 is a beautiful airplane. The one-button feature is amazing. Cheers
At what point does it take the fun out of things though?
TBM should hire you to demonstrate their aircraft, it's a fantastic selling tool and advertising.
Right ! No kidding - Both pilot and co pilot ! What a safe team , if a company was looking for a crew .
Yeah! Hell all this time I thought Steveo was a demo pilot for Daher or smth :D
Congratulations on getting a new plane to fly, I'm glad your back doing what you love and entertaining your viewers.
Great to have you back Steveo. Looking forward to more of your videos. Also looking forward to hearing about your new job. Hope it is all going exceedingly well for you. You are an inspiration!
Beautiful bird with a model name that would have made the old WWII GM built Navy Avenger proud of its heritage, and envious of the "new guy's" comfort and performance....
As always, the best detailed videos with plenty of technical details on the plane, navigation, weather, procedures. Just solid. Beautiful imagery and sound is perfect.
What a nice and exciting plane the TBM960 is! Can't wait to see your 'regular' ride soon.
Great to see the improvements in the latest and greatest TBM! I taught at TBM and PC-12 at KSDL and enjoyed the sim sessions on the TBM. Really nice cross country flying and wonderful avionics as DAHER upgrades as needed.
Man it's fun watching these videos. I think I have seen all of your videos from the start. I can't wait to see your new job and flying adventures. This better than anything on TV.
I love your videos Steve. And these test drives with new TBMs are a special treat! Thanks for having us along.
Triple vector in one radio call at 31:00 is fun. Reminds me to get with my instrument instructor and log some hours.
Finally on the brand new TBM960!! 🔥 great again Steveo!! You’re a legend 🤙🏼
He's a great pilot with a very calm demeanor and amazing attention to detail. I'd fly in any airplane he chose to pilot with no anxiety.
Amazing aircraft! Great demo flight!
Good to see you up in a TBM again. Can't wait for the announcement of your upcoming new adventures.
So good to have your content back 👍👍
Smooth air and clear skies for you, Steve! Enjoyed the flight with Wayland!
Spectacular aircraft. Bravo and Brava TBM.
The engineers are Another level. Great bob!
The TBM 940 is my favorite plane in MSFS 2020. Love the TBM.
Think you mean the TBM 930 as that is what is in MSFS right now. There is an 850 coming soon from Black Square though which looks sublime. I much prefer that older cockpit setup, especially for VR flying. The 930 that we have right now though is really fun to fly.
@@JohnVanderbeckMy favourite too, love the TBM.
Thanks for the video! Great seeing you fly again and letting us ride along. What a beautiful plane!!! Hope to be riding along with you soon.
Always great to see you flying Steveo!! Sweet plane😊
I know that using just one tool in your work it's much easier and less hustle but I think flying all the birds out there is such a more rewarding experience, just keeps you more engaged with everything around you. Another great video and can't wait to see you in the air soon.
Great to see you fly that new TBM . It must performs like a whole new bird compared to the 850 you used to fly. Kind of funny not to see you in the old one. That self landing mode is amazing, might save someone’s life. Can’t wait to see you on your new journey. Safe travels, and have a great weekend.
Quite an aircraft, I think you would enjoy flying this for your job steveo👍Awesome video mate, can't wait to see what the future holds for you!
I love the “ smash the thumbs up” banner somewhat blending in with the taxiway grass at 5:26 looking out the pilots window-great job Stevo!
Love it! Glad you're back
Very cool Steve! Can't wait to see more of what's in store!
damn this plane has an insane climb rate, has anyone told it that its a turbo prop?
I told it but it didn’t listen to me
Stunningly beautiful bird! Good to see you again Stevo!
Great to see that you fly again Steve. I hope for more stuff.
Im soooo freaking happy for you Steve! Looking forward to following you on your "permanent" job.
Good for you Steverino! Hope the new Gig is productive and enjoyable!
Thanks for taking us along for the ride. Amazed at the advances in safety features. A real benefit for us older folk. Best wishes to you in your next chapter.
What a beautiful airplane! That propeller, that's artwork.
What a Gorgeous Paint Job!! 🎉
Beautiful airplane! Thanks for the ride along.
It's SO good to see ya vlogging in the air again!
Hi Stevio, nice to hear you are happy again...Love flying
I very, very rarely comment on videos, but i find this video really informative and beautiful to watch. Thanks for sharing your TBM 960 experience. What a beautiful and powerful, high-tech aircraft. Good luck with finding your new place in your flying life and i sincerely hope that you find your place back again in a TBM, although a Grand Caravan EX would also not be a bad idea as your new office. Hopefully you can get your hands on a Cessna SkyCourier if it is available, i am very curious about that. Good luck and god bless.
Well done! Please continue to maintain your excellent videos.
It was great to see you in the left seat and flying a beautiful TBM960 airplane. Thank you for taking us along for the ride. You are an excellent pilot and I would feel safe flying with you. Can;t wait to see you in your next position!!!
Hi Steveo and waymanluy.hope both of you are well and not too hot 🔥. what a brilliant vlog with awesome weather.the Tbm❤ 960 what a machine this plane is going to take some beating for a far few years to come.hope you can say it is the best plane you have ever flown.take care lads and good luck for the future Phil 👍 🍀😂
Wow.... but that $4.5-$5M price tag looks well-deserved on the TBM960!
Wish all the best for you Steve and thanks for taking us for a spin
Love it man! Keep it up!
Great to see a new video, I hope all is going well.
I've been waiting for another video since you gave us the news about the job. Very cool plane. BTW, Black Square just released their TBM 850 for MSFS and it even comes with a S1K paint scheme. I thought that was very cool. I'll be flying some of your flights you made in that plane flying the s1k paint. 😊
I have been in contact with the developer on that project. Looks amazing!
Love all the bells and whistles that aircraft has.
Good to see you back Stevo, flying that amazing new TBM... Hope to see you soon..
Never thought we would get a Steveo/Tom Grossi crossover
like they say, at each end, there is a new beginning :)
Big congrats Steve!
Always good to see you beaming content! Thanks Stevo!
If I were in the market for a private turbo engine plane, this would be the one but only with Steveo as the pilot! The man is phenomenally talented!
Loved the re-check on landing approval and then rapidly a go-around...what fun...super nice plane!!!
Great to see you back, that is a beautiful plane, cheers Steveo
So great to see another post and see you in the air. The technical info you both discuss is just part of the good stuff of your videos. Keep it up.
I know you said that this is not your new job but this 960 is all you my friend. Maybe I am a bit biased as I love the TBM planes. Can't wait to hear about the new gig. Beautiful airplane indeed!!!!!!!!!
With the advancements in avionics and computer technology I expect to see that ‘Oh shit’ button on more and more aircraft. Anyway, good to see a new video from you and looking forward to seeing regular videos after you get settled into your new job.
WOW! What a beautiful aircraft!!!
Great plane. Our company just picked our new 960 yesterday. O yea..I built custom storage cabinets that go behind the front seats. Stores all the poh, batteries etc....sweet plane. Good to see you back.
Wooohooo this is amazing! Huge major mega kudos to you my friend, what an upgrade, you deserve it! Such a legend, keep hustling 💪
He announced on his insta that this isnt the new job
@@hudsonmarkel6108 I didn't mention his new job, just happy to see him flying the new TBM960.
@@clarenceoveur9497 Oh my bad. The way you worded it made me think you were congratulating him for a new job.
Steveo, I don't know if you planned it but having an older TBM towed by in the background was a nice touch! Good luck moving forward!
Had to hang around all day waiting to capture that shot 🤣
Now that’s a work of art.. Absolutely stunning… Steveo, your so Blessed….
Steveo, You fit right in on that new bird. Love that return home button. Life saver.
Stevo is living long enough to be an old, not bold pilot. Love the new model.
Can't decide if I like the Epic or TBM better, but then there is also the PC 12 and the new Cessna, I mean Beechcraft, Denali. Decisions, decisions. Glad that I can't come close to having to make that decision. I'd be satisfied with the Super Petrel XP, at least it can land and takeoff from water. Great video, Steveo, thank you for giving us a glimpse at this amazing airplane.
They're all good platforms. It depends upon what the mission is.
Lovely flight, good to see Steveo back.
He’s back 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 nice ride 😮 congratulations
The "Magic Emergency Button" is one incredible feature. Can't imagine the technical parameters involved with all of that. The sticker-price must reflect it, too. One awesome aircraft. Thank you for the ride-a-long!
the price is probably a sticker allright ...lol
Thanks for the video Steve - can't wait to see what your are flying in your next job. They will be proud to have you on their books. Great work. You are an inspiration to many.
What a beautiful plane!!! Stunning view ❤
What a beautiful aircraft that is.
That is a dream personally flown, non-ATP airplane. Thanks Steve!
