The cigarette hanging out of the mouth is any level of professionalism!
This is the first one of these videos I have seen were they legit fixed something properly and very well done 👍🏻
😍❤️❤️
yupp. and by the looks of it, no huffing of lead, no wearing russian steel toes (sandals) when working, not full of dirt and crap. drinking tea. so an overall good work enviroment taking all into perspective. would probably worn gloves working with hydrochloric acid, but from a lot of experience, it doesent do anything other than itch and make your skin really dry and red
I know a guy who used to repair radiators for a living. It's a lost art at least here in the states. Most radiators are just plastic and aluminum now, and generally get replaced as an entire unit instead of repaired.
Right, thanks for your comments 😍❤️ In Pakistan it's in full motion...
Difference in America is labor costs, for most cars you can get aftermarket radiator at a price of one hour of labor. But I do remember the soldering iron that my pops had back in the old country.
I paid a shop to tear mine apart like this man did for my 1992 Dodge D250 diesel. I had bought an aftermarket aluminum radiator for it but it was a Chinese POS.
We repair aluminum radiators
There are still places that do repairs, they'll replace the tanks, the nylon reinforced plastic ones are garbage and always hair-line split etc. I had one repaired and they put steel tanks on it. The next time it happened I bought an aftermarket all aluminium radiator and kept the old core which had not failed.
Am I the only one who noticed this is the least pakistani looking pakistani guy on this channel? Not that this affects his work of course...it was top notch. Just an observation!
A lot of the ppl in Pak, Afghan etc have European blood as some of the invaders from.europe stationed their army personnel here centuries ago.
😂😂😂😂😂
Maybe Russian ?
You are not the only one. Blond pakistani guy?! Even though that, very nice job!
That fellow definitely enjoys vodka
This man is a craftsman. 10/10. Excellent job, a real pleasure to watch!
Thank you so much ❤️
Is it normaly pressing without pressure?
@@100ampscurrent probably not, but when the tech isn't available you roll what you got
Too bad his lungs are trashed from breathing those fumes daily.
Really? What about contaminated water running across ground…. Getting into groundwater…
He shared a cup of tea while busy working . What a grateful gesture!!❤❤
Right 🥰❤❤❤
its very common in the middle east to offer tea to a guest as a friendly gesture. it is a beautiful thing. it shows not all people there are bad people. just people being friendly and doing what they know and love.
Straightening the fins out one at a time takes major patience. Mad respect for this guy.
😍❤️
yep wait til you have to do it to a radiator from a truck or a big generator which is blocked. can take hours
Very skilled, and attention to detail. Love it, always repair until it can't be repaired anymore.
This guy's welding is better than the welding I've seen on some of these radiators brand new!
The attention to detail was top notch!
Great job Sir.Respect to you from Bengaluru (India) for your attention to detail. This is recycling of lead used for welding. He used a flame thrower along the seams but as the lead melted it fell into a pot of water, this he collected and made a rod of lead to weld the radiator covers back on again.
Thanks for your comments 😍❤️❤️
I repaired radiators for 17 years...thousands of them. Interesting technique you have.
😍❤️❤️
I love seeing these amazing hard working people. An exceptional job.
Thank you so much ❤️
and that is why a metal tank radiator in my humble opinion is better than plastic ...repairable and reusable
I don't have a car and even radiator but why im mesmerized in your skill..❤❤❤good job my brother nice hustle ❤❤
Thank you so much ❤️😍
Finally, something from Pakistan that will work properly.
😍❤️
Radiator Elivis! What an artist!
Wow these guys are built out of strong stuff no PPE or anything just wow!
He doesnt have any flipflops so he must be the head of the local OSHA branch
Yeah, that’s also why their life expectancy is lower by 10 comparing to the other countries.
Hello my friend good evening, watching now from Philippines..You are very good at making a radiator, good job..
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Id love to see the concept of a "work bench" introduced to Pakistan.
This cat in a suit would seriously look like one of the gangsters from Goodfellows
Was thinking he looked like a cockney gangster
@@zopEnglandzip wonder from where this guy came from, is he some descendant of the Brit empire?
Good FELLOWS?
I think of it too
Excellent work 👍
Holding the lead solder in your bare hands is leading to disaster. Great work 👏🏾
why?
If he doesn't wash his hands properly, the lead can be ingested while eating, Soldering without a mask is a sure way to get lead poisoning.
solid lead is not a risk , the risk is the gas from its combustion. the same with mercury. touch the blobs of liquid is not dangerous . the problem y its vapor in a closed room. because it is evaporating constantly at room temp.
Id honored to work along side this guy.
Cap yòq ishingizga omat bratan....
Skilled worker. Even fixed the bent fins, quality job.
Great repair. A lost art in the States.
Hard working 🙏🙏 appreciate you hard work
😍❤️
If this maestro ever came to UK, he would be snatched at the airport, as repairmen like him simply don't exist anymore. The repair culture has been eclipsed by the replacement culture on the island.
Right 👍😍❤️
i watched my grandma's brother do that once in his radiator shop when i was a kid in the early 70s.i understand why he coughed when using the acid.those fumes are wicked strong.about took my breath away back then.
No gloves or mask when working with acid, rinse it off onto the ground. And developed countries are being blamed for pollution. Where's al the money developed countries are paying to help undeveloped countries reduce pollution?

Guy did great job
Common hardworking yet craft master.
Impressive... all these years and I did not know they were held together with solder...

There you are! As good as new. This guy alone does to the environment what a thousand Grethas (Thumberg) and a bunch of fellow fake Earth-savers will ever do. Actions speak louder than words. Great job, my friend. Keep it up!!
What chemical did he use to turn the copper back to its oroginal color?

Amazing. What the fluid for cleaning?
You guys have a nice life there in your country. Excellent work 👍😁
Thanks 😍❤️
Nice work
I have actually had this process done to a car I backpacked around Australia with back in 95. Outskirts of Perth in a junkyard/simple repair shop kind of deal. I watched the whole process while the guy was doing it, pretty much the same way this guy did it. A semiblocked radiator is a bad thing to have in the Australian summer heat. But after the repair it ran cool for 20000 km around the whole Australian continent. Almost 30 years ago now, unbelievable how time flies.
What acid did you use? I feel like it would dissolve the metal of the radiator.
It seems to be precise and good looking work to me. Thank you!
Amazing talent you have, an eye for details, very professional job, well done.
I can see that, at least 2 cups of coffe to clean that radiator! Its look like it a must!😂

Nice job.... You use salfuman for cleaning..?? Thank You from Argentina
A chad handling caustic fluids barehanded
I don't get it... Was there a leak somewhere? Not questioning the work. Best I've seen. But the water hose and the acid wash was good enough to get the gunk out without disassembly. I only assume there was a leak in the weld somewhere, thats all, otherwise too much work.
Great information much skill of man with knowing.
Love how they wear pjs and slippers to work….maybe it’s casual Friday or something!
