These are a great series of high bar drills that help with the swing and invert for pole vaulters. Give them a try to help with technique and to develop pole vault strength for those bigger bars.

i could get to level 10, but looking back at my own videos, I am still stuck in the bucket. i have a hard time bending my bottom arm then swinging. i ahve just been stuck at 10' 6" for a while. so my issue is definitely a technical issue.

Any tips on how to move from “quads to the bar” to “full pv inverts”?
Swing hard and shoot over the top of the bar! The shoulders will swing to the other side of the bar!
