Do you get stuck in the bucket? Do you know what that means? If you finish the swing and your hips aren’t above your shoulders many people call that getting stuck in the bucket. This will have negative impacts on your invert, turn, push off, and of course your PR.

@@ApexVaulting Yes, pretty much that. The driving forward or pressure with your top hand or arm.
I jump 14' 6" as a freshman but im in a slump because i block my shoulders after my plant causing my self to be late and end up flagging out a bunch
