I watched both of them trust me R9 was something else. Specially before his major injuries he was ridiculously talented, it was unfair to his oppenents. Besides, if Ronaldo had same conditions with Messi i bet he would score more goals than Messi. Ronaldo had a harder destiny. the reason why i like ronaldo and most people like him was his ability to get the ball in front of the defensive line, penetrate it, and then get the shot away. apart from his speed and superb finishing, these was one of his most impressive attributes. you do not see strikers do that these days. they are programmed like robots in academies. "get the ball, play it wide, and run into the box."
