I look at the audience that is being targetted, while suiting the tastes and personality of the creator by just asking them a couple of questions. Essentially, I study the audience, brand, personality, video content, titles... and use my current (or learn new ones) to create this perfect thumbnail.

Not gonna lie why does every small self improvement channel say things that have been said over and over and over. Like eat the frog, get sunlight, active recall, exercise. Unless you're completely new to this space, this is just good advice being rephrased for more content.
