    • Think about this. If we ask " How does Sam support himself?" we have to ask" How does Bucky support himself?". Who would hire that guy? I know it wasn't his fault, but he spent about 7 decades murdering people for a terrorist organization bent on world domination. Not the kind of guy you want at your front counter handing out lattes. Maybe he remembered some numbered Hydra accounts.

  • The Zemo sub-plot was one of the best aspects of this mini-series; and managed to tease out Zemo's comic-book mask without looking like cheese whiz. It woulda been hard under any circumstances to make Batroc look good, but Georges St. Pierre was a great casting choice.

    • Meg Krish sam got more development because of his leading into being Captain America. Bucky got some development though, more than previously. I’m more of a Bucky fan too(I am also a big Sam fan) but it makes sense. Hopefully if there is a season 2 we get more development for Bucky to shake off the Winter Soldier name

    • @Robert Monroe Old Cap had a boomerang time-gps like what Clint had in their first trial. Clint went back to the past for a short period and then snap back to the present. Old Cap's would have to take him back to the original fork and then forward to his new timeline - assuming Loki did not do anything to change that.

  • hey no bucky slander here. he’s literally the fan favorite in the mcu i know this is just for fun but jokes on the side, bucky has the most profound and layered character in the franchise. he represents everyone who has disturbed mind and trying to fight their demons. he has undergone 3 character change and his arc is still on-going so we’re gonna see more of him. sadly, he was badly underused and he deserves his own spotlight

  • Both Sam and Bucky were in my top 15 of the 50 or so heroes in the MCU. Mostly because I knew that Sam was eventually going to be Captain America, and I was hoping to see what was in the last two episodes of this show. Never in my mind did I think before this show aired they would adapt Red, White, and Black to the MCU, not after they cancelled the Netflix shows.

    • He brought public consciousness to the difficult decisions that those in power have to make. They were taking the "easy" way out because their constituents didn't care, until Sam made his speech and made the people realize that, yeah, their elected officials were going to act authoritarian because they could since it was easier than doing the morally right thing. Beyond that, Captain America is telling the American government to do better. That alone contains so much weight that the government is forced to deal with the situation differently.
