The picture of the police car rear ending a car reminds me of a similar real life story. I was a police supervisor when one of my officers rear ended a car at a red light. The victim was twice screwed as he was driving a stolen car. The officer tried to laughingly convince me the accident was a strategy to arrest the driver, unfortunately he didn't find out the car was stolen untill after he rear ended it.
How's that unfortunate? Seems incredibly fortunate.
