Special thanks to Rosewood Hotel, London, for letting me use one of their rooms for filming this video www.rosewoodhotels.com/en/london
He's is applying chemistry, physics and biology to skin care, just amazing
And math to his brain
It's a commercial.
He will live until 1000 years old
Just common sense...
Physics???😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I am kind of sorry for Pietro sometimes. Everyone is just talking about his look, but kind of no one recognizes that he really gives his everything to give us the best informations and the best content.
Don't get me wrong he is absolutely beautiful but he does give me hope and advice for exercising. I guess you can say he someone I admire. Cause I do wanna get fit and gain muscle. Being insecure about my body sucks haha
Completely agree.
You're absolutely right. He gives so much of himself. We should acknowledge that as well as his beauty which everyone comments on.
What bothers me about this video in particular, is that (as of this comment) there are 25 thumbs down or dislikes! He is only telling people what HE does for HIS skin and hair care. Why would anyone feel the need to thumbs down (dislike) this video? I just don't get it!
Yeah, people hella thirsty. Lol. What inspires me is his health and education achievements at such a young age. Like, wtf, damn! Inspiration
This dude really calms me down
Nice beard man
Yass it's calmin'...
He’s so smart. My heart goes out to him. No one acknowledges how knowledgeable he is. And his personality is really fun and loving.
I love how he explained things rather than just saying what products he used, it's kind of like the thing about teaching someone how to gish instead of just feeding them
it's like fishing but with gorillas instead of fish obviously everyone including aliens knows that
That's because he's not american. Americans have evolved to charge money for everything selling everything. At the end it end up sculpting their idiosyncrasies as a country which cares only about materialism while spirituality just became a plain theory no one has experimented.
Radhika K I'd still want to know the mild soap products and hair oils.. there are many but we don't know what is the best of the best, he might.
He actually is a teacher
Its because he actually has a brain, is intelligent and have a phD in Engineering unlike most other models.
i came here for products and he starts hitting me with equations about skin balance. damn. i appreciate this a lot.
he must be an amazing teacher! he’s so calm and explains everything really well!
Easy Steps ●Workout with a passion ● water ●shower ●Drink Hot Green tea with no sugar.
Why hot? I’ve been drinking iced matcha green tea like 5x a day for a few months as it tastes better, is it more beneficial to drink hot? Thank you.
@@lukejackson6682 No clue about specifically hot green tea, but drinking warm water can aid in digestion, help your circulation, and overall assist your body in getting rid of toxins faster.
Green tea is loaded with fluoride.
"My name is Pietro Boselli. I'm 28 years old. I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion."
Thank god someone did it

I judged him too quickly just by seeing his pictures on the net. He really seems a nice guy. I loved the way he explained things without promoting brands. Bravo Pietro! He's now my kind of people. :)
Yeah This men is an engineer just happened to also be a model lol
I am certain you just made his life complete knowing that he is accepted by you.
What? He's 29? He looks 18 though. He looks so dreamy. I like how he takes care of himself. Love men who knows how to take care of themselves.
Actually 29 not that old maybe for white guys but for Asian its very young
@@smartwater598 29 is 29
Strict sleep patterns, exercises, eats healthy and takes care of his skin, I'm not surprised
Hes 63
Blueberry Cheesecake Not even 😂 he looks like a well-groomed guy in his late 20’s
For those of you who says that life is unfair, I would like to remind you that Pietro made the right choices to stay fit and beautiful while pursuing mathematics. He worked for it and he deserves it. He wanted this life, now he has it. What are you gonna do? Sit back and watch youtube videos? Go do something useful for once and change your life just like how Pietro did !
i think they mean it look wise. ofcourse people cant change how they look naturally so they are jealous, saying "life is unfair" lol
@@stinewatson3875 some people are more gifted in terms of appearance, but everyone can improve. Workout, take care of your hygiene and body, improve posture, be more confident and you'll notice great results in your appearance as well.

There's no secret , he was born flawless.

True. Big jawline, normal skin, no acne, it's genetic really. You can't use product to expose ur jawline ffs.
I can always rely on Pietro for a thorough and informative explanation in comparison to a lot of the more mainstream 'lifestyle gurus'. Keep up the wonderful work!
Glimpse:- For skin. 1. Maintain correct electrolyte balance, so that skin is hydrated from the inside. 2. Avoid getting skin too dry. 3. Trying locking in the moisture, it's done naturally by producing sebum or even a moisturizer can work(try natural ones though!) 4. Try using a mild soap, and use moisturizer. For Hair. 1. Shampooing depends upon how much sebum you build and often you build, so if you have thick hair then try shampooing in 3-4 days. 2. Use warm water and mild shampoo. 3. Also try using some kind of hair oil so that the moisture locks in.
Could you plz tell me how could i balance my electrolyte
@@farisctselman he adds an electrolyte tablet in his water you can also do that or use eletrolyte powder.
Use oil after shampoo or before??
This is exactly what I needed. Just someone who seems to know what he is talking about and being honest. He doesn't try to sell u anything and just wants to help
This is actually very informative. Thank you!
healty, smart, and handsome, looks so perfect
I like the fact that he keeps his videos simple, not cut or transitioned poorly, just a plain simple video talking about a subject.
THANK YOU I NEEDED THIS FOR MY SKIN! It was getting really bad, and its a relief seeing someone who explains the scientifical reasons why I should do something, thanks to you my sin is gettung so much better!!!❤

Why he is incredibly beautiful; after watching his uploads he is more then beauty . His face is so intrinsic , mysterious . He appears educated ; humble . Xx
This is one is really technical explanation. That's why its great. A lot people don't really talk about whats inside a product and what that particular component does to keep you healthy. Thanks man!
Thank You for all the work that you do for us Pietro. You are amazing.😊
I really appreciate men taking care of their hair and skin!! Great video Pietro💕
can y'all stop sexalizing him? he is genuinely trying to be informative and this is what he gets in return? imagine if this would've happen to a girl i'm sure you wouldn't be please about it.
Ganda Gandara dumbass
@Ganda Gandara what how is that a good analogy
@Ganda Gandara what is that argument, he is saying that you shouldn't drool over him if he is trying to put out educational content and your defense is that your original intention was to drool, which in this context is irrelevant
@Ganda Gandara again, not addressing the argument
What you said is so true
I had never heard about a routine that included a comprehensive analysis of internal and external factors. I loved it! Thank you!
The way that he speaks and explains things omg yes sir i will moisturize!!!

As someone with dry skin, I’m learning a lot from how he keeps his skin hydrated! Very informative!
Thanks for the instructive video. My mother was a licensed veteran Cosmologist Instructor before she passed away 6 years ago so I know how valid and informative your sharing is. Being your own name brand takes a lot of upkeep. I am glad that you have a high education to fall back on when modeling no longer becomes as rewarding. I am a secondary school Mathematics teacher with an engineering degree as well, so I know how much hard work and dedication it takes to get a Master's degree yet alone a PhD. Enjoy life and good luck in your future endeavors!
But honestly thank you for this. Each video you do helps me get that one step to a healthier self :)
maaaaaan this is amazing to listen and look at :D

Gorgeous!!
So many stupid comments. Seems like no one was Listening to what he actually explained in the video. #pathetic😏 at least appreciate someone's work. It's not easy putting such a video together ..
lol I was thinking the same thing, just a bunch of thirsty ass bitches.
Beheshta _ Exactly what I was thinking.
Beheshta Get over it! He comes from a culture where it's perfectly acceptable to enthusiastically express admiration for physical beauty.
archraskal oh Well I think there is a difference between dirty talking and " expressing your admiration for ones physical beauty " wich can be said and quoted very differently . And my previous comment was about that . So I have no problem with someone calling him sexy , beautiful etc.
Beheshta _ The comments are mostly disrespectful and not an admiration for his physical beauty- that's the problem.
Truly good skin comes from a healthy digestive system with a Low glycemic/balanced diet.
zo0mpa This is the real truth.
True 👍 sugar and carbs are the main culprits of flaky skin
Yep fried food and dairy messes up my digestion...without it I have good skin
show proof
Kayla Holmes hmmm not really, I eat a lot of fried food but I don't have acne. Meanwhile when I stopped eating carbs and sugar laden foods, I didn't have breakouts or hives anymore.
Best thing he didn’t talked about the products.. instead talked about how things work! Loved it... subscribing right away!!
I became a fan of him because he is so smart and cute, he seems like he has a pure and warm heart.
Pietro, I hope that you can find my comment. Thank you very much for going through and explaining how skin works. Would it be possible for you to explain how to prevent/cure acne if you are not supposed to wash your face that often? Also how do you reduce the sebum production in your face especially your nose? Or if you could direct me to a good source, I would really appreciate it. Be well, Giuseppe V.
If anyone could like this so that he actually sees it, I would appreciate it.
Would you not wash your face, expect for washing it with water and still moisturize ? Thank you
Use toner. They help a lot. He said that oily skin/face comes from hormones mostly but what you eat also affects this. Don't eat too many oily/fried foods.
I used to suffer from acne a few months ago and even changing to a vegan diet didn't solve the problem. What really made my acne disappear, including the hyper pigmentation, was changing my night routine (you can do this once a day before bed and not do anything to your skin the next day, until bed time again). I completely stopped using soap. I only washed my face with water and that was enough. If I had makeup on my face, I would take it off with witch hazel (which doesn't have alcohol in it and doesn't dry out the skin) and a cotton ball. After that, I'd apply aloe vera and some type of oil (right now I'm using avocado oil). I still follow this routine to this day and my skin is clear. When I get a pimple, which happen from time to time, it only lasts a day. Stop using these awful commercial soaps which strip the skin from its natural oil, just use water. I really urge you to give aloe vera gel a try, it's almost a miracle what it can do to your skin. Since I don't feel the aloe vera gel is very moisturizing, I top it off with some type of natural, concentrated, cold-pressed oil. Avocado oil's very moisturizing. It will also help get rid of acne scars and even smooth fine lines. But there are different types of oils for different types of skin, you can search online what's best for you.I don't know what type of skin you have - mine used to be very oily in the T zone, but it's not anymore. It was oily because your skin tends to overproduce oil to compensate for being stripped by these drying soaps, so now that I don't dry it out, it's become more balanced. Sorry for the long text, I don't even know if you'll read it, but it was worth trying to help someone out. I know the struggle.
latino12341 Hi, I want to be a *Dermatologist* in the future and I have been learning about Dermatology since I was 11 so hopefully I can give some information to help you. I'll try to keep it short and I'll just give points so you wouldn't get bored 😆. Sorry to say but acne can't be prevented or cured however it can be treated but there's no harm in trying to stop it. *1) Drink water and stay hydrated* - I drink around 2.5/3 litres of water a day, lack of hydration will present itself by turning your skin dry, tight and flaky (dry/flaky skin = openings for bacteria to get in and cause irritations). *2) Exercise*, your body will release endorphins, these natural peptide chemicals produced in your body interact with receptors in your brain to help you be in a better mood. Exercise helps cut stress, which may contribute to acne outbreaks. Physical activity also helps your skin by increasing your blood circulation, which sends more oxygen to your skin cells and carries cell waste away. But keep in mind that sweat from exercise can also lead to breakouts by irritating your skin. So it's important to shower right after a workout. *3)Avoid touching your face* - Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. *4) Hair products* - Avoid using fragrances, oils, pomades, or gels on your hair. If they get on your face, they can block your skin's pores and irritate your skin. *5) Sunscreen* - sun burn can cause acne to be inflamed more and increase the risk of skin cancer, so wear it every time you're out in the sun. Read the ingredients list on the back of your sunscreen, and if you're acne-prone, look for lighter chemical ingredients like avobenzone, oxybenzone, methoxycinnamate, octocylene, and zinc oxide. If you have acne, look for "noncomedogenic" on the label, which means it should not clog your skin's pores. *6) Clean phones* - full of bacteria, dirt and oils. *7) Wash pillowcases* - Acne mechanica is any type of acne that is the result of material or objects touching your face. When your pillowcase isn’t laundered or changed regularly, a build-up of dirt and oil from the environment as well as your skin and hair touching the pillow is transferred back to your skin. This can clog pores and cause blemishes. *Don't forget to wash your face twice a day, one in the morning and one before going to bed*. There are many more but you're probably not as interested as I am about skin 😂 If I was you, I would go to a certified *Dermatologist* and ask for guidance. Anyways, I know I'm not Dr. Boselli (Dr of maths) and no where near as good looking as him but hopefully I was able to help, as you're question is *Medicine* based not mathematical. Goodluck on your journey with *BEATING ACNE!!!* 😊🙌
Hey Pietro you are my inspiration. Because you've overcome the challenges I face at university now. You are very relatable to myself, because like you i'm studying a very difficult course (medicine), after completing my biomedical degree, (7 years in total). Like you I am also inspired by golden era bodybuilders (e.g Steve Reeves, Frank Zane), and i've been working out for years now to achieve a physique that emulates them. I know that, balancing the time for meals, working out and studying is extremely difficult. So I hold the upmost respect for you and your achievements.
