    • Yeah, I really respect him for being a traditionalist. Someone like Alan could totally be a player and have an endless cycle of beautiful women coming in and out of his life. But it seems like he met a woman that he loves, and finds greater meaning in being a good husband and parent to his 3 kids. He has also been married for 18 years, 3x longer than the average celebrity's marriage length, and it seems like he's still going strong.

    • yea when i used to work out long long ago i didn't eat bread either. Like if i was out i would get a burger from mcdonalds or such and eat the rest but throw the bread out to the birds in the parking lot. Didn't eat sweets either at that point wasn't interested in candy bars, etc. So plenty of vegs and meats, cheese but didn't really do milk or butter. Not much fruits except bananas. Love nuts and such but tried to stay away as much as possible they are very dense. A lot of chicken and especially fish, my favorite.

  • Cramping? Try my go to for the last 35 yrs - when you wake up - drink at least 3 large glasses of filtered water, 1 after the other before you have anything else - this will help get the body going for the day, movements within 1 hr or you are dehydrated - it is a fresh start - plus drink lots of water during the day, especially when having protein powder - cut back on coffee also - great chat & so fab to see Reacher smile ❤

  • WoW, he kept it real and no fake shyt for the camera...UNLIKE THE OTHERS! I must respect that; he is just an average guy with a great build. I do like those instant oatmeal packs that have different flavors. I love the cinnamon and apple flavor oatmeal. My wife also cooks turkey meatloaf, and I freeze the leftovers and eat it for breakfast and lunch until it's gone. A perfect protein food.

  • I am....so glad to see Mr Ritchson is a down-to-Earth dude who still keeps himself humble. It was pretty grounding to hear him talk about the expectations of his roles, and how as Reacher he has to work upper body more than other roles, so fitness to him isn't some religion, just a method of work. And speaking of religion, hearing him say he prays every day...not many in Hollyweird will admit that these days, so good on him, and may God bless him for his piety and faith. Kudos to you, sir.
