    • Johanna90 no one is born with confidence, it is learned. We are not born telling the world we will claim it, that it is ours to conquer. We learn words. We learn our potential. Then, we learn that we can choose which path we wish to follow. By doing so, we become confident, but only when we learn to not hesitate. Instead, we must focus on suppressing our fear, and letting the mind with which we have crafted and trained over the years to guide us to that which we desire. That is the true essence of confidence, some just learn faster than others.

  • I agree with most of what he said except the black suit. if he said midnight navy or charcoal grey then yeah. but then again he's tom ford. he can say whatever he wants.

    @melkadyo@melkadyo6 жыл бұрын
    • I own and wear a black suit. I wore it to our wedding. Now it is in the dry cleaner's clear bag, and I told the wife when I die, bury me in it. But she should sell the Rolex or wear it. (*_*) In general, the black suit is great for wedding and funeral.

      @locutusdborg126@locutusdborg1266 жыл бұрын
    • totally agree. i own a black tux and a black business suit. i only wear them during formal occasions (my wedding and church stuff). but not to an everyday business. If I were tom ford yeah i can wear a black suit because it is my look. much like steve job or zuckerberg.

      @melkadyo@melkadyo6 жыл бұрын
    • Agreed. Navy is simply more colorful, versatile, and just as formal as black in 99% of situations. Charcoal, dark grays work great too. Tom Ford seems to approach colors with a very minimalist style of black and white, but plenty of other great colors for a gentlemans wardrobe

      @dustywaxhead@dustywaxhead6 жыл бұрын
    • i can’t understand you people getting surprised. black suit is very common in my country for example

      @muradtalibov2616@muradtalibov26166 жыл бұрын
    • Murad Talibov In the States (and the UK if i can remember correctly) a black suit is almost always reserved for funerals. Like the previous commenters said, navy, charcoal grey, or mid grey are fantastic everyday suit colors. But then again, I have no idea where you are from, so your fashion culture may be different to ours. Cheers.
