  • This is the video I needed. Just finished final year of Uni and I can honestly say that I’ve been depressed for a long time. I can relate in the sense that gym has kept me sane but I’ve been putting off seeing a psychologist because my parents “don’t believe it in” and as a result I’ve been reluctant to contact one because this type of mentality has subconsciously been ingrained in me. I’ve been on anti-anxiety tablets during exams and I don’t want to have to rely on them. Today I’m going to contact a psychologist and admit to myself that it’s time to talk about it and it’s okay to not be okay. Your words have truly helped me and I will return to this podcast again should I need some words of wisdom. Thank you True Geordie and thank you Tyson Fury. I am forever grateful for this

Listen I am going to send you some of my Angels to assist your Angels and they will guide you. But they are meant to be your assistant in life.. • Magnificent. Honestly, Tyson, you’ve made me reach out TODAY to see a therapist. My doctor said there’s more than a years wait to see someone, so I’m having to do this private even though I’m unemployed. I’m so glad for you that life is much better now. There’s so many people effected by this and it breaks my heart that they don’t have immediate help. This interview alone with you guys is a start for me. Thank you ❤️
