I like poland
James’s outfit kind of looks like what I wore to my junior prom which was last Saturday I think, except my bow tie was both black and white, my Shirt was red, and my jacket was a cream shade of white.
Hope your priest is with you so let's get to the kills!
Do halloween ends next please
"The people who made this piece of ---- are in this room!" Has the same energy as, "The call is coming from inside the house!"
Dude “when a stranger calls” would be an awesome movie for him to cover
Friedkin was never one to mince his words. I imagine had he lived to see the results of “Believer” he would given a nice big “F*** You” to David Gordon Green & Blumhouse; DGG even had the balls to say Friedkin would’ve liked his film 😂
@@LucyLioness100They should do a kill count on CRUISING.
@@irishcorn6369it would but is there really many kills in it besides the opening..? 🤔
@@KingOfGaymes yeah obviously there’s only a few but he could go over the OG and how it was made as well as the 2006 remake I guess
The fact James bought the Regan animatronic from spirit halloween for these kill counts just makes it so much better
yep

You’re right
I have that same animatronic! I got it on sale lol
"The people who made this piece of shit, are IN THIS ROOM"had me rollin
I bet the majority of folks in that room listening to Friedkin tell that story had to be rolling on the floor laughing their asses off 😂 even his own expression of glee is hilarious
@@LucyLioness100 That man was a Grade A troll.
That was too savage!
Even Linda Blair is looking at the title in the thumbnail like... "Oh no. Not this movie."
Linda wishes she was the one who went blind in Believer
Having Main Characters return in Sequels is either Hit or Miss, in the Exorcist Movies it definitely was a bad Idea because Exorcist III is amazing and has all new Characters. The older i got the more i enjoyed Exorcist III over the original Exorcist, which for some People is a Sacrilege. But Exorcist III has some of the best acting in any Movie ever and at this Point whenever i rewatch the original 3 Exorcist Movies i find myself enjoying Exorcist III even more than the first one. It's so highly overlooked and underrated because after Exorcist II People heard "Oh Exorcist III is coming out, this can only be worse..." when in Reality it's for me at this Point the best Exorcist Movie. Prost & Cheers from Berchtesgaden in the Bavarian Alps
I love this comment lol
@@chartreux1532 but they did bring back a character from the original. Jason Miller returned to the third film as Karras. Also, they still brought back some actual characters from the original, just with different actors.
@@Joey7Z7Horror You're not wrong, i guess i was trying to mean "Major "Star" Characters". In Exorcist III the focus is definitely mostly on the new Characters
As an insect lover, "I hate bugs, but no living thing should die for The Exorcist 2" had me cackling.
That made me snicker quite a bit
It's true tho lol
Your profile picture is adorable btw
i never realized it until now but now locust's give me the heebie jeebies
The best story I heard as a result of this movie’s release was of these soldiers in Panama who would warn others of incoming MASSIVE swarms of locusts by whispering over the radio “Pazzuuuzzzuuuu.”
That's hilarious 😂
Hey! Panamanian here, do your remember where you heard that? I'm pretty curious about it.
@@lauradelvasto3196 I got this info from a veteran, I’m not sure where it was, but I will ask him as soon as I can.

@@lauradelvasto3196 “Ft. Gulick Canal Zone at night, building security checks.”
Congrats to High School era James for being willing to time travel to 1977 to get a tiny part in a much loathed sequel to a horror classic, that's the kind of dedication that more actors should show!
Bro look how many likes you have
@@remiwells9544 I know, I honestly didn't expect the comment to do that well.
“No living thing should have to die for exorcist II” - James A. Janisse
I really agree with what James has said about the Kill Counts hitting their stride recently. Comparing the genuine, natural flow of each line now to the oddly announcer-esque tone of less recent videos is like night and day. I still enjoyed older videos at the time of their release but I much prefer these newer ones and their frankly hilarious lines and bits accentuated by the more natural tone. I hope everyone on the team knows how well they've been doing, and not just with the Kill Counts. Every facet of Deat Meat is a treasure, and they all deserve the best. Love you all.
Thank you so much, this was really nice to read
@@DeadMeatcan you do the kill count for 1979 movie prophecy it’s a forgotten but yet very enjoyable movie with decent kills
Imo the line delivery is actually the only thing I don’t think works about these newer kill counts, the energy is there but it still feels lifeless
"Regan don't tap dance." Is one of my favorite lines EVER! It's just so genuine and funny, you can tell even after all those years Linda Blair is still questioning why in the world the production made such a dumb choice.
Her bewilderment says a lot of how confusing that idea was. Even watching her dance in the actual film is awkward
“YOU’RE NOT HELPING, PAZUZU!” Is now going into my everyday vocabulary
"The people who made this piece of shit are in this room!!!" Is an awesome thing to say while watching a test screening.
He can't even get through the intro without chuckling. Ooh, this will be GOOD!
Psychiatrist: _"Long haired James isn't real, he won't hurt you"_ 05:28 Long Haired James
O_o
pazuzu fears long haired james
That throwback was pretty funny, but kinda sweet to share with us all
Oh he’s very real and he will hurt you
Love that you use “It isn’t perfect, but the overall effect is astonishing.” because it basically is my opinion on the movie
I mean you can see enough of the budget onscreen for the most part with the strange visuals
I'm surprised James didn't take the piss out of the silliest scene in the movie, when Regan was talking to the autistic girl. "I was possessed by a demon. Oh, it's ok, he's gone now." That they wrote that, made Linda Blair say it, shot it, and kept it in the final edit is wild to me.
Too easy to do and other reviews have made their jokes

RIP Ennio Morricone, the man is like the Scorsese of movie composers, always loved his ost in many movies. Also RIP Dana Plato, so sad that we lost her so young at only 34 years old. Diff'rent Strokes was my thing back in the day.

This movie needs to be seen to be believed. It’s absolutely insane 😂
The fighting the fire with a crutch gag was fucking hilarious😂😂😂
"...it's the perfect weapon; our bullets go right through it!"
James' music references this episode were fantastic! Biggie, They Might Be Giants, Toto, The Beach Boys, Lil Nas X!
3:30 well, that's actually a nice detail there: considering when james said that tim has 20 minutes to think out a TTN gag, the to the numbers bit happened at the 21 minute mark... which is technically 20 minutes later, come to think of it. love this detail there, james.
"it's really dangerous to fool around with people's heads" ma'am may i direct your attention to your brain watching machine? the one you invented?
Bonus points for that Outer Wilds reference, James.
I had to do a double take, my favorite game being mentioned was unexpected lol
Definitely a “so bad, it’s good” adventure from the dude who made “Zardoz”. Agreed that the score from Morricone is a highlight given he rarely let us down 😄
it is kinda funny that this wasn't even the worst movie covered this month Hannibal Rising truly is a shining star
Hannibal Rising seems like a goofy fanfic creepypasta
“No living thing should die for exorcist 2” had me crying😂
3:57 Going to butcher “Minnie the Moocher” exactly like this for the rest of my life, thanks for that 😂
Remember that Blues Brothers will rectify it 😉
For such a film that's so widely despised to be actually liked by someone with as insane of a reputation as Martin Scorsese truly goes to show how seeing a movie for oneself instead of riding a bandwagon of an extreme is so valuable.
Ive been meaning to watch this movie for a long time. I need some James Earl Jones dressed as a giant locust with Ennio MOrricone's insane, acid-trip score in the background LMAO
Just seeing James in a "Las Vegas" tux is amazing.
Another Kill Count: yes Another Kill Count with an Outer Wilds Reference: oh fuck yes
I was wondering if anyone else noticed that lamo
That Lion King joke was brilliant! I love it when you guys have a bunch of silly fun with these! 😂

The best way to describe the exorcist 2 is it's a movie you can just watch with your friends and get drunk make jokes and have a good time

Dear Tim, Zoran, and/or James PLEASE keep doing these amazing physical comedy bits like the fire swatting with a crutch in this Kill Count, and the To The Numbers bit from Hannibal, some of the funniest things I’ve ever seen on Dead Meat :3 😂☺️
Atleast the sequel is unique! Got a good soundtrack, good special effects (for it's time) and Linda Blair does a good performance!
James re-enacting the crutch fire screen was 🤌🤌
It’s still so astonishing to me that Max von Sydow was this young playing a guy that old in the original movie. Phenomenal performance and makeup!!
The prequels might be worthy of a podcast episode, going over the crazy "lets reshoot some stuff" that turned into an 80% new film, the demand from fans for the first director's version after the second director's version bombed in theaters (followed by the "oh... uh, that's not much better" when they actually saw it), the similarities and differences between both stories, and how fun it is to watch Stellan Skarsgard play the same character twice in different scripts.
That venture bros joke is such a deep cut, I love it!
This movie is important in the fact that it shows the stark contrast between commercialized driven movies and movies made with an actual artistic effort, like the first one was.
Not really up for you to decide this wasn’t made with artistic effort

I would like to see the Exorcist prequels covered! Even if they are, somewhat confusingly, the same film made twice. I really enjoyed them, and you can never go wrong with Stellan Skarsgard!
I agree - ‘Dominion’ was a good flick!
I’ve seen this movie just twice in my life. The first time was at age 12. A kid’s dad in my neighborhood used to record movies on HBO and had a whole library of films. Having already seen The Exorcist for the first time recently, we decided to put this movie on. Oh boy what a stinker this movie was. I watched it once again in my college years just to reaffirm how bad it really was.
I personally need a kill count on !973's legend of hell house, and if you decide not to do it please just watch it... it's worth it. A lot of bands have sampled it.
That Kokomo joke made me laugh so hard I started coughing. 😂
Very pleased with the Kokomo joke lmao. Went from “how is he not making it!!?” To “how could I have ever doubted you, James”
