    • I weighed 350+ in my late teens, now I am 200 lbs, im 56,,,I’ve kept the weight off for 18 years, it’s all about being mindful of what you put into your body. I’m going to help a friend, at least try to consider a different way of eating/moving, she’s diabetic and is supposed to take Merformin, she stopped , for a reason that she hasn’t disclosed 😳

  • Doctor Frita, I work out 5 days a week and I eat well. Never had any health issues until recently. I broke up with my boyfriend because of infidelity issues. It devastated me. The constant knots 🪢 in my stomach was horrible. I then began to make lots of errors at work. The stress and load on my body was unbelievable and I literally felt sick to my stomach for about a month. I went for my annual checkup and my doctor told me my numbers was 5.7 . He told me just to watch my sugar intake. I told him about the tremendous stress I was under. I had no idea stress could do that to your body.

In talking about the various foods, could you also always add how best to prepare them - as some preparations may destroy the very nutrient that is in the food. That would be most helpful. • Managing blood sugar levels can be a challenge, especially when it comes to finding the right foods to eat. While it's important to avoid sugary and processed foods, there are also many natural foods that can help lower blood sugar levels. Some great options include leafy greens like spinach and kale, nuts like almonds and walnuts, and fiber-rich foods like beans and berries. Additionally, incorporating natural supplements like Gluconize can be a great way to support healthy blood sugar levels.
