    • From personal experience the biggest help to maintain your wellbeing relating to glucose levels is to be in the moment, take active control and ownership and that is 80% of your battle. The rest is being mindful of what you eat, when you eat it and balanced with mild exercise. Very quickly you will see results and your anxiety will reduce.

    • @@tomjones2157According to a number of studies avocados actually are fairly low in oxalates (average of 19 mg for a medium sized one) but high in fiber, nutrients & essential fatty acids which can help you LOSE weight in the long run. Many people do not eat ENOUGH healthy fats & therefore HOLD ON to or RETAIN fat on their bodies. Oxalates can be flushed by drinking enough water especially lemon water taking magnesium & consuming water based fruits & veggies like asparagus, cucumbers & watermelon. ❤🍋🍉🥒

  • Dietitian here-Great video and content. As you said, eating fruit after a meal helps reduce the glucose spike from fruit. But also, any fruit balanced with protein or fat helps reduce blood sugar spike as well. With regard to bananas, greenish bananas have resistant starch and prebiotic fiber so the sugars are absorbed more slowly. Also, exercising after, or simply doing chores after help lower the glucose spike as well. Side note-having a tablespoon of vinegar before eating fruit helps decrease blood sugar. Or if you’re having a meal high in carbs, you can incorporate vinegar into a salad dressing or some other component of the meal. Additionally, eating the vegetables and protein before the carbs help as well. Best of success to you all!!

Begin changing what you eat, when you eat, drink plenty of water, reduce process foods and carbohydrates and eventually go to a low carb diet. Remember to decrease insulin you must not constantly eat and snack. That's why intermittent fasting have helped so many people reversed their diabetes caused it helped lower their insulin. There are other vitamins that help you become insulin sensitive again.

Walking for I hour each morning. Comsuming pure rain water not with meals, going to bed by 9 pm or 10 pm. Having faith in God this deals with our guilt, fears and other mental issues that will cause stress and regret that wears out ones mental adjustmment state. If your are diabetic focus on your savory fruits eg string bean, okra, cho cho, bitter melon, pumpkin, use sparing amount of fresh coconut milk instead of oil. Cooking with oil can be danaging. Have carbs that dont spke the blood sugars. Thus food combination is key dont mix fruits with vegetables, dont eat and drink, keep liquid foods to a minimum unless occassionally with your irsh moss, spurlina, cholerella and avocado super food mix .and no comsumption of vinegars that mess with your gut issues. That could be you next research does vinegar damages my gut issues, do you see what it does when cleanimg. It completely amazing how it cleans a staimed /dirty tile. Exercise and strech outdoors, open yoiur home to air and sunshine. Bake your grains at low heat for 2 1/2 hpurs before use. Mango leaf and bay leaf tea and other teas will help with diabetes and other issues that are present. Let me know if these tips help you remember to be exercise moderation.

  • The skin of the banana is equally useful in providing minerals and vitamins as is the actual fruit. It can be pickled using salt, vinegar and a little water, after it is cleaned (before eating) and the hard ends removed, and this skin allowed to go black during a pickling week in a glass jar in the fridge.
