This is the best jigsaw cutting station I’ve seen on KZhead. 👍🏾
Excellent! I like particularly the design of the upper guide - you can see the line that is being cut, which isn't the case with most other stations out there - great video
Such an simple, elegant design. No matter when you filmed this, your time and work is still appreciated in August 2020. Keep well and stay safe!
This is fast, straight and secured cuts multi-functional jigsaw cutting station. Easy build and perfect result.
😊
Super job for someone who doesn't have many tools
Good job. I think the T-nut should installed on the other side of the base.
Simple and Useful! Thanks 🙏
Love your video and looking at making one myself. I am curious as to why you did not reposition your cutting track to do the 45 degree cut (I.e. the end where you finish would stay and the end where you start would move)? That way you could create walls on both sides of the cutting track to hold the wood against and you would not get any bad cuts due to the jigsaw pushing the wood as it cuts.
Excelente, simple y efectivo, gracias
You sir are a genius. 👍😀 . This is something I need at home and I will follow your instructions for this project
You can widen the tracts to accommodate a skill saw.
Wow using the rail to clamp wood is really clever.
*_Your idea is amazing_* 👍❤👍
Thanks for sharing. That’s a very simple and compact jig, with some glove ideas. I suspect the nuts that you glued into the jig top are just held by the glue when you tighten down the rail so you may have to put them on the other side - no big deal. I like you grinder jig - the grinder is such a handy and inexpensive tool.
Is there a way to get measurements of material for some of the pieces u used
amazing idea, great video.
this is really nice nice work. One question; when are you going to make a stand for your angle grinder?
Nice job junkyard hope you don't mind I'm going to copy that for myself as I'm not really to good using the jig saw. Thanks Bro.good tip.
Wouldn´t it make more sense to put the two screws from 2:10 from the other side? If you tighten the rails on both sides you will pull out these screws when mounted on the upper side
Original and very useful. Thanks
Very useful idea. Thank you.
Speed square plus circular saw, done.
Great job
Very clever thank you
Great video 👍🏻
Some videos need more than just one Like This video is sure one of them Simple and effective Great video Thank you so much
nice work 👍
What happened between 1:43 and 1:45? How that hole appeared there?
Nice idea and Excellent work I like it Thank you for this wonderful video
Helpful project 👍 I like it
keren...hebat..you're so brilliant...thx so much...this is so useful for me
What is the jigsaw teeth size used for smooth cut edges of plywood, jigsaw cut gives flaky edges after cut.
Simple &super.
super jig very great Keep it coming
Thanks a lot
I made one from the available scrap (except aluminium channel). Nice to see Made in India in some tools used here. Bhai could you throw some light on where to get four prong and male and female nuts in India.
muito bom!
Bacana demais! Parabéns! Obrigado por compartilhar!!!
Bravo !!!!!
Nice work!!! ☺️
Wonderful
This is easy way that u can follow... Thanks for the video....
youre a genius
Very clever!
Nice video
Muito bom, vou fazer um igual.
Já fizeste? Consegues fazer cortes direitos e limpos?
Muy bueno!! Like!
Muy bueno...!!
Thanks for this video! I saw you marked that big screw at 1:40min and the next time we see it it has a whole exactly there... How did you pierce that screw? I'm confused.
He most likely used a drill press and held the screws on clamps, otherwise it's not possible to drill them by hand.
Muito bom valeu gostei muito 👍
Do you have any PDF plans available?
Buena creatividad /felicidades
Такое даже метал может пилит kzhead.info/sun/lLSrnZydr2ebioE/bejne.html

Cool!
Nice vídeo
Very nice jig if you only have a jigsaw and not a miter saw.
Simples de fazer e muito útil, parabéns.
thanks
you are really fantastic, very good
Super prático, parabéns pelo vídeo!!
I can think of quite a few ways to build this better, but I like the idea. Good Job.
Thank you very much!
ottimo lavoro , è possibile avere tutte le misure grazie

molto interessante
Mantep gan. Bisa nempa ngak meja nya gan
Are there plans available?
Excelente
👏👏 very nice
Good jobs. Thanks
Thank you
excelente
*Very nice cutting station!*
Hello! Great your guide! ... I wanted to ask you the following: Do you still have it and does it work well? What difficulties have you had? And ... I didn't understand what you did with the screw at 1:45 where is it?
I think it is just a "keeper" it keeps the bolt from falling out. It could be a circular, if you cut a groove for it, or a cotter pin, or you could leave it out and run the risk of losing the bolts.
Circlip, not circular!
Hi l like 👍 you can use this for base router
Yes we can
Awesome. Can you just box THAT one up and send it to Me.. 😁
Ok, first of all, here are some very nice ideas, interesting tips and solutions! That being said, I'd like to point out a couple things: - He's using very thin pieces of wood. I don't advice doing the very first cut to the table (2:51) as he did it (unless you use a very thin table as he did). Otherwise the blade WILL bend and you will mess up the table because the cut will NOT be straight (disregard all kind of logic here and believe me, twice is enough to learn...) Just do it without the rails, drawing a line and following it by eye and hand with the jigsaw. - 0:19 he has already fcked up the wood. Don't do it like this. - 4:55 you will need more than one clamp. Also consider that you will probably not always want to cut a so long piece of wood. Once again, a thicker one makes things WAY harder, be ready for that. So, it's one of the most interesting cutting stations I've found, I really give thumbs up! I just thought it would be important to point out a couple things to consider. Thanks for sharing!
I would add (or make) a T-track to the left side of the table, where the 45-degree gauge is and put some hold down clamps in there. Easier and more precise for holding pieces of all sizes. I also would use thick plywood or solid wood for all the pieces, that would make this jig more sturdy and durable (I have a crosscut jig I made for my circular saw and it's all thick plywood and 3/4 inch solid wood on top, really sturdy). The quality of the blades is other factor, if they are easy to bend like the black and deckers one I have those cuts even on this jig never will be straight and at right angle.
@@jellyg.8961I agree, good points. Nice tip about the blades as well, haven't considered that one before!
Yeah in Minute 2:51 were he is doin the first cut... It is not a straight cut and so your cuts with this cutting Station are not straight and so you can take that and improve it. I hope you read my comment :)
How do you call this type of hardware at 2:10 min?
