Hi Jamie. I have a BMW question if you can help me. My friend has a 3 series with a N43B20AY engine with a faulty crankshaft. He menaged to find a brand new N43B20AB and bought it without realising that it wasn't commonrail injection like the one in his car. Is it possible just to swap out the heads on these 2 engine blocjs? We don't have much usefull info from the local BMW service, and we don't want to tear down the new engine to compare the block and internals. Please help 😅

@@BoliMeKurac good question. I’m not entirely sure either. When I want to answer a question like that, I usually will check out realoem.com. There you can pull up each engine and compare part numbers. You can see if the block, timing case cover, engine harness, etc are the same for engines. Hope this helps. Good luck

A1 mechanic if I lived in FL I would absolutely have this gentleman take care of all my cars. You can just tell how attention to detail this shop and shop owner is. Prestige service for prestige vehicles. From my Audi to yours. TY Jamie for all the hard work.

8:14 Bilstein air suspension, is the best air suspension you can get for your Mercedes.
That after hours pick up would be sooooooooooo nice to have. There has been a few times where I just take the day off to deal with my car as it is easier due to my work scheduled.
The goal is to make it as painless as possible for our customers to get their car serviced. 🤘

Not sure what you’re talking about, my 2012 cls550 has been solid for 111k miles. They’re bulletproof if you take care of them. Plus most of the maintenance they’re doing is wear and tear items.
It was all basic maintenance, guys like you think that cars dont need basic maintenance and wonder why they break.

How much do your mechanics earn an hour I’m not sure if I want to be a mechanic.
I’m sure they don’t want their pay revealed but it depends on a few things like experience, certification, efficiency etc. A good tech at my shop can expect to make 80k to 140k

3 codes lock can be solved easily
the combo is changed with every customer and the keys are typically in there for about a hour or two after we close. We've never had a problem and hopefully we never will.

BEWARE of AUTOCOUTURE MOTORING Unfortunately the bad reviews are true. It seems to be a pattern get a referral, spend 6-8k on your car here and then pay someone else to fix it. I personally spent 8k with a referral and got Popeyes customer service. I then had to pay someone else to fix it. I’m only disappointed because I defended them prior to this and would be the last person to write a bad review. As you can see in the photos they quoted me on a full front brake service I didn’t need after spending 8k with them that included rear brakes sensor which was the root of the problem. They also failed to install my sway links included in my coilover kit.
