  • I bought a totalled car in the US and fixed it in my driveway because of you! I had numerous "oh shit, what have i done" moments. But to my complete amazement, I successfully repaired the car, and drive it daily now! One of my proudest moments, at 55 years old.

When I bought my first 4x4 pick up truck I cried because I would have loved to take my dad on a drive to the beech. We used to fish a lot together, but couldn't afford a beech vehicle at the time. • I watched every minute of this video twice, and think it's amazing! What better ending than to give your father the car! My father and I had a plan to rebuild an old muscle car, after he retired soon...he had race cars he sold when I was born...he was a diesel mechanic by trade, and grew up in a transmission shop his father owned. I grew up in a garage, helping, learning, and doing routine maintenance, and aftermarket parts once I was driving. My father had a severe stroke, just 6 weeks before retirement, and one a year to the day another stroke, that completely debilitated him. He has dementia now, and is in a rest home. Watching your father in the garage with you through all your videos, reminds me of all the great times I had growing up working on cars, and time we spent together. I just wonder sometimes and especially seeing content like this, what would have decided to build, and the sense of accomplishment at the end...✌️

  • Hey Matt. I follow you araound for quite a while now. As a car enthusiast I think its more than logical to follow your channels. Usually I do not interact a lot with youtubers, being more of a "quiet" viewer, but let me say you I really appreciate your work and admire how you and your dad tackle all those challenges with all those different cars. YOu guys are doing an awesome Job. Also for the rest of the Team and Hannah, but I really wish you all the best for all projects. Having never had a "real" dad that would ever had encouraged me to work on things like this makes me realize ( with my now 40) years that I might have missed a lot over the years. Not complaining, because I was used to be on my owen since my 16th year of life but still this shows how it should be. I´m sure you guys had your fights and differences as well but you stick together and work on those sometime impossible challenges to make it work. Thank you so much for that content. Maybe we meet one day just to exchange some words maybe not. Still want to say, thank you so much. Much love and appreciation from Germany.

  • Fascinating, glued from start to finish, also interesting to see when something not put together quite right, you let us see it, not many would do that. Your dad must be well pleased.

  • I dented my boot lid 6 months ago and got a new one 2 weeks after, it’s been sat ever since but I’ve spent all day binging your videos and they’ve got me off my arse and mended the bloody thing! You’re inspiring even the laziest of us!

  • I watched every video, you could say episode, that you posted from the very beginning on the main channel. It was a pleasure to watch it assembled in one piece. Sometimes things can't go smoothly in life, like you said two steps forward one step back. That won't stop you from fixing your Lamborghini. It is important that you do not miss anyone in your life. You have the best dad who raised you to be proud of you, we are proud of you. ❤ 🇷🇸

  • Don't think I have ever watched a 3 hour video in my life with my full attention like I have with this video. Amazing story telling and editing thought the whole thing. The car being built from the scraps to sounding like a monster was awesome to watch and in the end gifting it to your dad was a really good ending. Big props guys.

  • I knew someone who worked for this experience company. Said the owner never maintained the cars properly and everything was done on the cheap, so im not surprised how you found it. Inspiring work on getting it rebuilt... and those wheels. 🤩
