  • I wasn't sure if I'd like the polka dots, but it grew on me. He went from soft and chunky in 2017 to toned and fit from running 4 miles every day. Good for him, and he can wear whatever makes him feel good. I enjoy watching him, he is slowly repairing my dislike of the court system that routinely gives slaps on the wrist to people who are a danger to the public, like DUI's. We need more judges like this, compassionate when needed and tough as nails when needed. Bravo!

  • In my opinion the police officer who stopped this vehicle lied about why he pulled it over alleging an illegal lane change. More than likely he was after his friend rather than this defendant. Chances are knew on the spot that this guy was intoxicated and needed a reason in his report for his actions. That is why the judge started asking a bunch of questions. I am not in favor of people driving intoxicated whether it be from alcohol or drugs. They get what they deserve. Probably in this case I would want to go to trial on this and make the officer testify. I do realize that there are people in this country illegally, there are people who don't know our laws and shouldn't be driving. I'm glad that he did not continue to drive that evening but I have questions about the officers conduct. No Einstein should get the idea I'm supporting drunk driving. You can see by the questioning from the judge he wasn't buying all of this and the prosecutor/district attorney was playing a word game. Chances are if he asks for a jury trial, the state will reduce this to a misdemeanor.

    @alexisworst2568@alexisworst256812 күн бұрын
    • The audience says they like this judge and apparently the view count represents that, so the court tubers show more of this judge to chase the views and ad revenue. Eventually there will be so many court tubers covering this judge (and eventually this judge's novelty will wear off some) that some court tubers will discover another judge that becomes popular, and then this judge will saturate the market a little less as the cycle repeats with the "new" judge. It's all a basic symptom of the court tubers working with the same basic raw inputs (the court KZhead feeds) and not having great ways to differentiate their particular channel from the competition, outside of some doing reaction clips and others doing text commentary.
