Its laughable... Tevin wasn't wasting his punches.. Timing and accuracy beats volume.. 90% of Carroll shots where landed on tevin shoulder . tevins defence always in point
Maybe you really dislike Carroll and like Farmer? I thought Carroll was bringing the fight to Farmer earlier. Especially landing on the body, and that's what the commentators noticed too. Clearly Farmer is better but when a challenger brings the fight to the champ what is there not to like?

Tevin Farmer has a real old school style. His inside fight game is 🔥! Reminds me a lot of James Toney with how effective his head movement is and how he slips inside and counters. He definitely gets touched but none of the shots are truly effective because he's taking the steam off with head movement and rolling with the shots. That's why fans who aren't knowledgeable enough about boxing think Farmer loss this fight. Simply out landing your opponent isn't enough to secure a win but landing the most effective punches is what will get you the nod in the judge's eyes and that's why Farmer came away victorious. Sidenote: The commentators were definitely biased toward Farmer. There was a point in the action where they showed a replay trying to credit Carroll for landing a body shot the ultimately didn't land and it was actually Farmer displaying superb defensive skills. But the deserving fighter got the win and that's what matters at the end of the day.

Those score cards were absolutely ridiculous.Its home town advantage but John O Carroll put in the work and volume.Those score cards were definitely suppose to be closer and or a draw.Farmer didn't convince me.

These announcers are unable to hide their favoritism, the final selections of fight clips all favored Farmer who landed less punches in the fight. Promoters control the narrative and the judges are part of the corrupt system.

That was nothing more than a sparring session for Tevin. Farmer stayed comfortable and moving forward the entire fight despite high ineffective volume output by Jono. :/

If I am not mistaken didn't there used to be a rule about beards on boxers something about padding but I believe is more about getting in the eyes but when I see a fighter or a boxer with a big beard tell me that there are worried about the chin
Carroll needs to work on his jab, especially if he can throw over a 1000 punches. His corner tried to tell him. Once his jab timing is up to par then he can set his opponent up. Coming in like he coming he's taking to much pounding to the head while ditching it out.

Everyone talking about bias by the commentators, they were calling the fight like it was. Carroll was supposed to get steam rolled in this but threw off Farmer by pressing him and throwing in flurries, not allowing Farmer to get comfortable. You really believe Farmer looked great in this?

Uhm Farmers trunks were a violation. Not only did he have them above his belly button but the padded guard was up there too. Hard to be hurt to the body when you have protection there. The ref saying keep em up 50 times to Diaz when he was hitting at normal belt line was too much. Fight was another travesty. Get some competent people that can keep the play fair.

I think the Annoucers should call the fights as far as the technique their using but they should keep their mouths shut about who they think won the fight. The Judges shouldn't be allowed to listen to any of it because it can basically be propaganda for one fighter or the other. Atleast they admit Carroll deserved better. They should also take a test to indicate if they have preference for one type of fighter to another. I don't like litmus test no more then anyone else but some of these Judges are either blind,dyslexic or prejudiced against certain race 🤔
