  • She thinks Rogan turned on her because he did his job and accurately described what her fighting weaknesses are. She’s still too emotional to accept the truth, and doesn’t seem to understand it has nothing to do with how they feel about her personally. Hell, he told one of his close friends he wasn’t good enough to compete at that level, so there’s no reason to think he’s turning on her

    • This is all part of the "dog Pile" on joe Rogan now since his presence has gotten HUGE with his podcast! Joe is not playing the game of saying what the mainstream media wants to be said. He speaks the truth from his heart and mind. His opinions from logical standpoints, nothing more, nothing less.

  • Remember how she wouldn’t ever shake an opponents hand, talked about their looks, their family, everything really. She was a real piece of work back then. But she was young and thrown into a spotlight fairly quickly so I somewhat understand it. Still appreciate her athletic abilities and enjoyed watching her fights.

    • I would give her the “she was young & couldn’t handle the spotlight” excuse if she came back, humbled herself & admitted her faults….but she refuses. Instead of giving Holly & Amanda their props, admitting her mistakes & moving on, she’s still making excuses & playing the victim. It’s been like NINE years & she’s STILL trying to justify her loss to holly, instead of just owning it. It’s embarrassing.

You issue your excuse and just dismantle all the hardwork and training they did to win a fight and you want to descredit them. Point blank... You signed up saying you was healthy to fight and you loss. You wanna cry injury, do it before the fight. If you willingly go into a fight injured then accept the consequences like a professional.

  • The MMA media didn't turn on her, they simply reported the obvious -- her coach was a charlatan, made her believe she was a world class striker, and costed Ronda her career. It's also baffling to basically everyone that Ronda would even believe, trust, or want to train with Edmond. Being objective and stating the obvious isn't "turning" on someone, lol. And honestly, it was truly bizarre how Ronda merely wanted to beat up on far less capable women, rather than actually compete, evolve, and take another crack at someone that had bested her in the past. I'm not sure if she's just too stubborn to admit that Edmond was a terrible coach or what, but she quit the second the going got tough.

  • Ronda had a hard fall off the pedestal so when she took it bad I gave her some grace. But she's delusional about her skills, she was rather one dimensional as a fighter, sje stuck with Coach thatbhad NO idea what he was doing and women's MMA grew exponentially during her reign as champ. She's like the women's version of Royce Gracie, AWESOME until the other women learned how to fight. BuT she did open the door can't take that from her....and not just MMA....women's sports in general. They know the potential of Caitlin Clark, because they learned it from Ronda Rousey.

  • What Ronda does is blame every negative thing that has ever happened to her on everything and everyone but herself. This is why she stays away from all MMA media and talks to people like Chris Cuomo, she gets to say things that an mma fan or journalist would question like these excuses ( CTE ) for losing. We know she’s taken the least amount of brain damage in comparison to the rest. She claims she doesn’t care about attention and fake love but she takes every opportunity to get it when possible like writing books to get it or joining the largest popularity contest in the world ( The WWE ) outside of running for president. How much do you wanna bet that 80% of the book is her giving the world her grief, whining, moaning and self soothing over not currently being in the conversation and attempting to convince herself that she’s as happy as can be living in seclusion far far away from all of the haters.

    • @@jermainewright1757 bro who turned on her? No one turned on her, it's the sport, and it happens to every athlete, one day you are on top one day you are not, analysts analyze, that's what Joe Rogan did he gave an analysis on how she was exposed and it a great one, if her book wasn't filled with hate and excuses no one would even bat an eye, but she is out there acting as if it wasn't for the concussion she would've kept thrashing through everyone, take a look at why none of the women Rhonda beat are still around, its because they'd be getting thrashed by the current roster, Rhonda was great at Judo, but it seemed she never bothered getting better at all the other aspects of MMA so when someone like holly or Amanda came thru, of course she was going to get exposed, her giving excuses on why holly knocked her the F out is just pathetic, and as far as the fans treat her the way they do, like are you kidding me? Look at her mean and nasty attitude anytime she opens her mouth, she was always a mean nasty hag of course you are only going to get bad vibes back, look at how fans love girls like holly, Amanda, even new comer Kayla Harrison, because as great as they are they are also humble and treat their fans with love. I think you know nothing about this woman and are only going based off this interview so do some research.

  • I like Ronda much more now than I did then...she had a bitchy, self-centered, know-it-all, "star" attitude about her and was very unpleasant to a lot of people...but I guess you sort of have to be that way in order to go as far as she did in professional prizefighting...she's much mellower nowadays and being a mom probably helps ; brings her back down to earth. I think Ronda can still do anything she sets her mind to...even getting the belt back.
