    • @@hdvlog.s1097 It's basically a stack, like a tower, of about 7 tires. The base has large bricks inside the wheel and in the center, and I drilled each tire ontop of eachother and secured them with nuts, bolts and washers

    • Tires come in different hardnesses. I also made such a stack for myself and one of the tires was very soft; if you collect only these, there will be fewer problems.

  • Training in the jungle. Nice. A super easy beginner training tool is an old sock filled with uncooked rice hanging on a string. As it swings only a clean hit will conserve momentum while any off center strikes will destroy the flow. Good for head movement too. Start low and raise as you gain flexibility. You can add BBs or gravel to harden the knuckles. Two socks with one moving on each side of you is fun too. A clean spinning backfist is rewarding and teaches the fast head spin and target acquisition. When you were kicking the log I was actually yelling ouch until my son pointed out it was a soft trunk like a banana.
