    • @@aakarshakpradhan7983 lol...control, the point of something like this is to hit it. If you knew anything about striking, you'd know you strike through the target, you don't stop at the target. The whole point of bags and pads is to strike them hard, otherwise you could use a piece of paper if you're going for control.

    • Either you're a different kind of animal or you have some problems in your walls. Could be the age of the house or quality of materials... If I did this on one of my walls, the only thing I'd be worried about is the hits resonating. I've got tenants.
