That fork lift is turning out to be one of your most used purchases since youve been in the new shop.👍👊
What I was going to say.
Pretty good engine lift too, Brent needs an adjustable spreader bar maybe to improve his angle of entry?
PLEASE! Drill a 3/4” hole toward the end of the forks. It makes engine installs lots less sketchy.
That forklift purchase was a life saver. You have used the crap out of it. Great piece of equipment.
I don't comment very much on your shows but I watch every one of them and I enjoy them and I've been watching them for a long time and I always give you a thumbs up
Even just a simple "hello" helps the channel. KZhead pays its creators based on likes, comments, subscribers and views. If every viewer would comment and give a thumb it would go a long way to ward helping Brent & Esther keep the channels and the shop up and running.
That new Laser tool is frigging amazing to watch in action. So good to see you in the new shop ✨️
Nice work on the motor install and the steering column mods. So nice to have the room and the larger equipment to make jobs easier and faster. Look forward to more. Be safe and stay well.
Nice to have the room again for your son and friends to be able to work on their own projects! 💪👍🏼
i love the little smile you get when things work right, when the motor slip into place with ease you got the smile. Looking good!
That small fork lift and lazar zapper , looks like the best two buys this year . Thanks for the vids ....
Oh, I thought maybe Pablo and Buddy were looking for treats in the shop Brent!! I'm liking this build Brent!!!!
For what it's worth, Thanks Brent for teaching me more ways to do things, still going to get my 350 Chevy van 30 trans(400 TH back in) still in a mud puddle, in my front yard, have a window in the next few days and maybe I'll go under there and get it done and maybe get it on the road again! Thanks for your hard work and family support! You ...
Another heap destined for the scrapper gets a second life and transplanted into something cool! That's the way it should be... Good job Brent!
Sparky does a good job in cleaning the block. Keep doin what you’re doin!
Your truck is really shaping up!!! That Buck Rodgers ray gun does a great job cleaning dirty and rusty stuff up! Take care and catch you later.
Brent, great to see you back for real with your old creative excitement! That pickup is the Bomb! Cheers!
That engine is a 350. It's from the pollution eara after 74. Then never made a 302 or 327. That number was introduced in 1969 and was the block to go with on all 350s in the 70s and 80s.
I love your videos. Your the kinda guy that just gets it done. No matter how. I'm an Ironworker, and have been 23 years. I've drilled thousands of holes. The best and CHEAPEST lube I've ever used is laundry detergent. Sounds odd, but give it a try. Dilute it with water. It works
Love ❤️ this channel I think you do excellent job no bs ridiculous movie clips ,someone that actually builds with there bare hands .
Its fun watching yours and Kyles build . Love them both to me its all about the rims that make a build .
The new shop really came together.Looks great. Lovin this new build. ❤
I have been away for a minute, last o saw your shop had burned, I am so glad to see your still up and running and the new shop is beautiful, lots to catch up on. Keep up the great builds.
Best engine hoist ever makes it a one person job
Brent, Just, marvelous, thank you for all the work on your 1949 GMC pick-up. Your ability is second to none. You can picture everything in your head. My head would be busted. Thank you for sharing. ❤️💯👍👊
Sure enjoy watching your progress on this build I can't say enough good things about your knowledge. 👍👍
That laser thing is the most alien tec thing ever man! it's just out of this world batshit crazy dude. Watching you cleaning that motor was doing my mind a thing like the first human to see fire or seeing a spaceship when all we got is horses. Does a good job too by the looks of it. I could watch lot's of that!
Moving right along Brent. It's good to see your shop so busy.
Minty ! Thank You for sharing your video, and letting us hang out . Later ...
Loving the progress. Forklift for the win. Do a folding top like off a jag for the truck
I am watching your videos since 2 years now and I learned a lot. (French guy living in Thailand).
I have always been wary of sand blasting motors because the medium could get in. Your lazer solves that fear.
That yellow battery stand on fork truck, has been a great addition to your work shop. From what I see it's been a god send. Keep the videos coming, always look forward to seeing you've posted a new vid.
Starting to be a roadster now with the engine installed. Won't be long now Brent!
You’re so lucky Brent. I’ve always wanted a ray gun too.
I think the laser was A well worth purchase, saves a lot of time.👌
Motorhome likely will be a 350, and are usually cammed differently than a 350 used in a car. Column worked out good. Been looking mine over, i need to move it a little. Tomorrow’s problem.
The truck is moving ahead , its getting closer with every episode . Once the motor is in you have reached a milestone , the truck is nearing the finish mark . I'm in suspense as to what your next step will be , can't wait for the next video . Stuart in Ontario ..
PABLO !
Awesome job on getting the motor in. Thanks Brent
Brent, You need the number off the front right of the block, the other rear number is the block casting part number.
What are the numbers on the front of the block for? Does that tell you what motor it is ? I must of missed that part of video
Good progress on the truck. She's going to be a Gem 👍. Take care and stay safe.
That laser cleaning tool is amazing. I want one.❤
A man of many talents, my hat is off to you. Maybe it’s just me, but I prefer watching the laser in use than watching somebody sand a car for an hour. just me.
Looking fantastic Brent!!!
Thank you very much for the last part of the video 😀
Brent you should have another channel called the custom hat man. Just for hats. That one is cool 👍🏻🎩🇬🇧
Man this guy's a killer! I like the black, ya can't go wrong with black and chrome.👌 😉✌
Great work Brent..whew.... Love the laser work , thx Keep well.....✔👍🤠
Holy bright light batsman.
Good progress on the GMC, sure nice to see you working in your new shop. It’s amazing, some great tools as well. Such a change from 1 year ago. I am happy for you. Ps That electric fork lift is amazing, I wish I had one 40 years ago repairing graders, loaders and trucks in a converted horse barn haha
Thanks for the update Brent. Always nice to your progress on the '49.
Enjoy watching like always .. great going
I really enjoy seeing you work Brent. The music is great with the time lapse.

Excellent video Brent :) yes 350 V8 motor 4 barrel carb, daul exhaust great idea also Turbo 350 or 400 Transmission even Turbo 700SR 4speed Overdrive Automatic transmissions will be excellent choices , don't forget get rad with Transmission cooler lines hook up from Transmission lines put on too , 377 rear end be good choice use too ! Battery when buy get 850 Cold Cranking Amps with also use 120 to 210 Reserve Amps get one new last longer 5 years too in top and side posts one to easily to boosting if need too!
Zap away looks good. Excellent project going.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Black engine in a green engine bay should look good. Green and black always looks good
thanks for the video - and the lasering.
Good progress.
Man! That little fork lift makes everything easier! How did you live without one?
Thanks for another. , Brother !
Nice job cool engine Nice shop 😄👍👍👍👏👏👏
Looks great brent ,
Im sure happy to see youre going with a small block in this one and not another LS build 👍👍👍
I believe that the forklift is one of the best buys ever
Hey, keep us updated on Rollies project two is your bouncing around the shop there it’s kind of interesting about how he’s going to do the rear end. I love the fact that you painted or black the motor anyways and at least that’ll offer set that green you’re going to paint it that green ha ha ha ha
Great video as usuall, srill amazed at that lazer cleaning
Really surprised you're not fitting an LS in this creation. But working with what you have on hand makes sense too. Love your work Brent & thanks for sharing. Billy J.... Queensland Australia.
Thanx AGAIN for the 'CLASS' on EXPERT AUTOMOTIVE. This is probably a DUMB question, But is there ANYTHING YOU DON'T KNOW. ABOUT AUTOMOTVE BUILDING. ??? A JOY TO WATCH. !!!
Looking Good!
just looking at the orange jumper and the hat , thinking where have I seen that before . Freddy Krugger.

Just wanted you to know I hit the like button before watching the first second of your videos. Truly amazed how you make everything look so easy. Can't wait to see you drive this project out of the shop. Be safe. Till next time.
large journal 4" bore... Tree Fitty!
Love the video. Like I said you are a master figuring things out and making it. Always interesting.
You had me at 'clean it up and slid it in', lol.
Using that for drug to stick that motor in makes it pretty awesome the truck is coming along great
With a cut-out sheet metal template, you could make some cool etchings in metal with that laser-thing-a-ma-jig. 👍😁👍
Just a motor?! That's one of the most important parts!
Another awesome video Pablo says he wants a ride
Thanks for sharing 😀👍
You need to use the hydro boost on your gmc, keep up the good work👍
Looking good
Love to see the old school small block.
Hey Brent, I found that most of the 010 blocks were 350ci 2 bolt mains. Most of the 4 bolt main motors came out of 4 wd models. This being a 4 barrel and from a larger truck frame it may very well may be a 4 bolt. All of the 327ci blocks were orange as Chevy didn't use blue until the 70s and Chevy stopped making them in the early 70 "I believe" I've always had good luck with the 010 blocks and I've had quite a few of them. Lateer
hey HK, ever thought of this... Black engine Same green on your valve covers and whites exhaust pipes = That mat matches your logo color
I think high heat "yellow" would look nice on the headers!
Way to get stuff done coming together awesome
Years ago I bought a 350 Chevy longblock.Photos in this old Chevy Van in my driveboy.Drove it to To boston gave it away
You could use the axles off the doner camper to make a cool old skool pickup on duals
I’ve been waiting for someone to do this. I have a cool setup here I’d like to convert one day
@davidnaudi2601 even a business coupe on duals could look good if done right. Good luck with your build. That hemi from the red truck and the duals have the bones of an amazing build
That laser cleaners amazing
Really like your work, Brent.
It is going to be nice. Thanks for sharing Brent.
Engine could have been a nice dark green gloss with some chrome valve covers. It went in smooooth and looks like it was tailor made for a 350 Chev…. Way to go Brent…
Paint the valve covers the truck colors and the headers red. Just a suggestion to doll up the engine bay a little on the cheap
Lovely! Getting there! Thx for sharing 👏
