To perform a dumbbell drag curl: 1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells at arm's length by your sides with palms facing in. 2. Keep elbows close to your body and shoulders back. 3. Slowly lift the dumbbells towards your shoulders while keeping them in contact with your body. 4. Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement. 5. Lower the dumbbells back down with control. 6. Repeat for desired reps.
