Here's a thought some cars when their electrics fail ie battery flat for example, the vehicle can't move at all. So how would someone retrieve their car if this happened?
Beep your card, wait for your car to arrive, release the handbrake and push it out.
***** I don't think you understood what was said. With an old car and most cars you can do this but with some cars they won't move unless there is electricity running through them the wheels lock up not going anywhere. So you have to get power into the system to get them moving even to push it.
