Robotic Car Parking - Is the most innovative and safest way to park cars today! Your car is parked automatically by a fully automated robotic, state of the art, computerized system, that not only parks your car... but even washes it for you, so that your car is fully maintained - aesthetically, as well as securely!
In this unique video SkyLine Lichtenstein shares with you the step by step process of the actual erection of this magnificent masterpiece parking system! You get to see how the entire building process, of one of the most advanced, car parking innovations in the world today, is built... from the ground up!
THE BEST PARKING SOLUTIONS IN ALL WORLD !!!!!! ing.Krajnican Slobodan Sel Director LIECHTENSTEIN
Ideal for a car rental company or vehicle collector, but impractical for day-to-day parking, especially during peak times. We've been involved in automated car parking since 2009, also proposing tower systems such as this. Traffic Engineers and town planners always object to the following: (1) Costly, (2) Limited to parking 20-30 cars per hour, per entrance, (3) Nominal reduction in space usage (conventional parking requires 28-40m2 per car, an automated tower requires 24-27m2 per car), (4) Only one car can be handled at once per entrance - like walking a class of schoolchildren across the road one at a time. At 128 cars per system the last person would effectively have to wait +-300 minutes/5 hours to get his car! We have since started the development of our own modular technology: requiring only 16-23m2 per car; including a vertical vehicle conveyor which allows multiple cars to be fed into/retrieved from the system at once; multiple vehicles can be handled simultaneously on the individual levels; a 120-130-car module can be emptied/filled in 25-35 minutes.
I just loved this but... What happens at the end of the day when everyone needs to get all the cars at the same time?
+Taciano Messias Moraes They queue up and wait their turn. That's the draw back of this type of a parking solution.
That and the car being washed before it is parked, so it's just exposed to the outside elements again whilst waiting on the driver to return, given the lot is still open air and not sealed.
+Taciano, they take a taxi, unless they want get home at 3AM. One car lift for all these cars is the system's downfall.
Panama City Beach, FL needs several of these.
This team work have a Blessed Brain!! wowww
Would look cool in a museum of failed projects.
what parking garage is this-i need the details
How much does it cost compared to a regular car park?
Kinda cool concept, but there’s some drawbacks. When parking my classic car, or sportscar or just a car that I take pride in maintaining and detailing, would I have to worry about oil and fluids dripping from cars above and what about salt, grime and water? In the wintertime, washing and parking a car immediately afterwards is not optimal, corrosion thrives and surface rust forms on brakes which are then applied to prevent cars from rolling. The washing machine, is it any good, or will it damage the paint? Whose fault is it if the washing machine breaks something on the car? Who will detach antennas or wipers before washing the cars? Will that person need access to the car to put the parts inside the car, and will I need to hide personal stuff? What if things are missing or stolen from the car, who is to blame? And lastly; logistics. As others have raised concerns about, what happens on a saturday afternoon right after all the stores have closed and everybody wants to pick up their cars at the same time? Is their some place you can wait, or do you have to stand outside in the rain? What happens if the lift system fails and I cant get to my car? Is there a loan car system? Other than these issues its a really nice concept, I guess it will be installed on every corner soon…
Excellent my Brother!
how many people there work the 9-5 thats gotta be fun in the morning, now getting car 98 only 170 to go
素晴らしいですね、日本の場合は耐震性を持たせるのと建築基準法などの兼ね合いがあって難しいところ、チャレンジャーがほしいですね
what happens when that elevator Machine stops working? Besides this can only serve one car at a time
Amazing
I like the Germany, but how can I know the cost of it ?
How much it costs ??
some way some how, someone is going to hack the system and take what ever car they want. Lol
My brother call for an emergency. I need to go home rush. But my car on the last floor and i'm on the 25 line to go exit. The design is good but it is time consuming.
้How much did they pay for build this car park ? I will invest at Bangkok
no Brasil divia ser isso
is this structural or mechanical engineering?
Holy Pez dispenser Batman.
My concern is with the cars being washed, and then just left exposed to the elements again as soon as it enters the rotunda.
I wonder what these will be converted into when we all switch to robotic cabs.
perhaps storage of robotic cabs, when we all switch to flying robotic cabs.
If I was rich I'll be making these left and right. in America we got so much land. I would like to have this here.

We need this in our country
not possible ...there is lot of rush
Whats the cost for this 128-space garage?
As in the cost to build, the cost to operate, or the cost for a member of the public using it?
Cost of carpark? What's charge of car parking fee. .
what is the second music, please tell me
GOOD, I`M LOOKING FOR THE SECOND SONG TOO, BE PATIENT
Nice Parking
omprakash pawar dbd
if one day this main hydraulic machine break down how to get my car including all other user
And what then if you forgot to put the handbreak on?? :DDD 4:44
Imagine waiting in line for this. Yep i 'm gonna miss the good old days when they'd add few extra gates to the parking. ah well! wait in line for hours it is. The way of the future. Yep.that's it.
Actually if it ran at top safe speeds, this would be faster than finding a spot on your own. And it's easily scalable to transport 2 or 3 cars at a time and even easily triple capacity with little to no cosmetic changes or additional space.
very cool but way to slow,
SI ES REAL Y POSIBLE
I don't like this set up I can see there being a glitch in the system and pushing all the vehicles out at the same time all of them falling 5 stories down.
not practical, unles you got a whole lot of time to park your car, good idea just need some work.
This should be underground
First one was made by Germany Volkswagen long time ago, nothing new
Hii
牛逼
nothing new about these parks I remember one in London over 40 years ago made of concrete
No hard hats? No protective eyewear, hardware?! No safety equipment...?!?! OMG !!! Where is this all happening, in a Third World country ?!?!
No insurance will restore my lost leg. Nor my severed head for that matter. ;)
Stan Majcherkiewicz I understand what you're saying about PPE but I'm not sure many of them would prevent the two injuries you just described :)
Switzerland.
1 at a time??? stupid idea.
Yes, like taking a class of schoolchildren across the road one at a time. Makes no sense. These systems end up becoming 'white elephants'. We've been in the automated car parking system since 2009, this type of technology has constantly been rejected by local authorities, traffic engineers and architects: the space savings are minimal and they're just too slow. We've since developed our own modular system which addresses all the shortfalls of existing systems.
No hard hats = fail.
Especially the guy at 3:47 either he has real confidence in this building or he's not thinking at all.
*Its shit, unreliable & keeps breaking down 👎👎*
